Hi. I ordered to them a ring and a bracelet. I received an email with a tracking number, but everytime I check shows that the item left China? and is in Transit. When I keep sending emails to ask about my items they keep saying about that tracking number. I am just interested in have the items not excuses.

I too ordered a ring on 24th January, I had an order confirmation straight away and the payment was taken. I keep getting newsletters. I contacted them again on the 3rd Feb, I got an email back to say they would check its progress. 5th Feb Order despatched, with tracking details on from CHINA! but could get no detail. I emailed them again, complained and got another email with an English royal mail track and trace. it supposedly left china on 15th FEB! I'm betting I wont get my goods.

A SCAM. I “purchased” a ring a week ago and payment has been taken from my creditcard. Have received no further emails regarding expected delivery only emails selling more stuff! Awareness avenue is supposedly an online boutique. They advertise many products on Facebook. When I purchased an item from them, I got several invoices and order confirmations but no tracking information. They do not respond to emails or messages on their web page, or Facebook comments about problems with orders. I talked to several other people on their Facebook page who experienced the same issues.
