I had the SAME EXACT thing done to me.
I started in September and was supposed to get paid Oct 18th. AND November 16th. But nothing.
Now it seems like everything is gone? And everyone just falloff the face of the earth?

I did contact a lawyer!
They definitely need to be stopped.
I was looking towards that check to pay bills, rent, etc.

I was hired on September 29,2021 to be a process operator where I receive packages and make sure that they are not damaged and resend it to the designated carrier after within 24-48 hours. The supervisor Ella would message me to make sure that I got the packages. Close to the time it was close to. Getting paid some expensive packages was missing it had me worried but started realizing how she would respond I knew it was a scam but I filled out a w9 and my address is on it with SSN these people need to be stopped

I am looking through my contract all a bunch of BS. the smart ones are if you are caught up in this stop deliveries and report or wait for them to take action which they will not... Looking at other comments.

I signed what appeared to be a legitimate contract on September 27 2021, processed my first order on September 29, 2021. 30 day probationary period. Pay check in the amount of $2,895. was due on October 29, 2021. Have attempted chat, email, text, phone calls - NO RESPONSE from anyone with Axtelis. Filed an email complaint with NTI, supposedly parent company. NO RESPONSE. Called every phone number and phone rings one time and disconnects.

This business is part of a larger scam that utilizes fake entities such as the 3rd party shipping business AXTELIS. AXTELIS uses the shipping industry, SSN theft, employment fraud and tax evasion, scam employees out of a paycheck, and commit fraud on a large scale. I was hired as an quality control inspector on a probationary period of 30 days. I was assigned a supervisor and access to a CRM inventory system to track and detail packages. Once the 30 days was over I was ensured my paycheck had been mailed and I would receive word of permanent employment within 7 days. None of those things occurred and when confronted on this issue the supervising department and HR department removed my access to the CRM and ghosted me when asked questions regarding my paycheck. The website for AXTELIS information is flat out fraudulent claims and lies to draw victims to their scam. The phone number and contact information is just a message service that no one responds to and the address listed for NTI, the parent company is an abandoned house in Temecula, California. Avoid contact with this fraudulent service, both as a customer or employee.

So, they have cut all communications, researching deliveries every delivery was to an abandoned warehouse to stockroom.
I went to Sacramento to last delivery and no one arrive to get package and UPS took it back.
I reported to local athorities this scam,
Ella and Elizabeth the whole CRM system , I have every delivery address. Pics everything.

Looking at the address all the managers names had different address altaminately all delivered to sam addresses.
I cannot believe I feel for this crap...I hope they fine and jail time for these animals.

So, I did exactly what I was supposed to do with this company and was supposed to get a paycheck on the 1st of November so far nothing, and now of course the data base is down until 11/06/21. Let's get theses awful scammers! I was depending on my check as I have a mortgage and bills to pay.

I have read entries from other people on here who have been scammed by Axtelis, and my story is almost exactly the same as a few of you. They have even used the same names. Ella Wilson (Supervisor) Elizabeth Jones, (Payroll) Jennifer Hill & Maurine Autry (HR.) Signed what looked like a legit contract, did the 30 day "probationary" period, did everything exactly as directed, then no check going on 2 1/2 weeks now. At first they responded when I advised I had not received the promised pay. Now, no one responds, calls don't go through at the numbers given in emails, etc...Clearly a scam that has devastated me financially. I am on a mission to report this to any/every organization possible including news networks, the BBB, the FBI where I have a contact, the jobs websites-Indeed, Career Builder, etc... where they found my resume. Has anyone else had success going after this hot mess of a scam group? Anyone want to get on board with me? Possibe lawsuit, etc... Also have a lawyer involved. Message me: [email protected]. All I can say is KARMA!

On 9/13/2021 I began employment as a Q&A inspector for Axtelis NTI. I signed a W9 tax form. Ella Wilson was my supervisor. After 30 days probationary period, I was to receive a paycheck from an Elizabeth Jones in Payroll issued 10/13/21 in the amount of $2,900 plus $85 expenses. I have not received that check nor an offer of permanent employment.

In researching this company they do have a website, are on Indeed and Glassdoor, and posted reviews of "employees" who have previously worked there. However, Axtelis NTI is not ScamPulse.com accredited, does not appear to have a Business License, and the address of the company is a personal residence owned by Jason L & Laura L Heinitz with a 3rd party, Carol A Large, also living there. Yes I actually did not do everything by looking to see if they're real company I'm actually waiting on that check because I did do my 30 day probation period I was supposed to get a check on sent out a week ago still have not got it I have talked to a couple people which now I'm kind of skeptical that was the same lady or not but like I said I have not received any pay from them and I did do all the qualification to be hired on full time . This company found me on indeed.com they offer me a position as a Processing Center Operator (work from home). The job includes repacking orders and reshipping to customers. I did this work for 18 days. They would start shipping small items then move up to high end laptops to my home under my name. I realized at that point this company was a scam. Please be careful with this company. their 800 number stop working all of a sudden. I did fill out a W-2 with this company, so now I think my information is everywhere. I'm totally worried and dont know what to do.

it's a scam. I did reship the packages for the 1st 15 days. they start small with things like cell phone cases, then high price items. I gather all of the proof I need. Just in case. Please stay away from this company. There's another company called NeoLogic LLC. almost the same scam but they will ask you for bank information. I'm glad I didn't send them anything.

HR sent me a email offering my a job. The got my resume from either indeed, career builder or LinkedIn, the company is based in CA, it was a remote position. I read over the description, applied. A few days later a man called to interview me. The next day I got a "conditional" job offer with a 12 page contract that I read and signed. The condition is that you are not a permanent employee until after 30 days, depending on how well you do. A few days after that I got a email from HR, saying to email the payroll dept and they would send me some forms to sign. You get paid once a month, paper check the 1st month and then direct deposit every 2 weeks if you are a permanent employee. The payroll dept had me fill out a W-9 form for the 1st check. So they now have my full SSN and name and address. This is a RESHIPING SCAM. On my 1st day I noticed a few things that just didn't make sense. I reached out to HR she was not kind or helpful anymore and refused to call me. Said she was too busy, I have spoken with my manger twice, when she welcomed me and then a second time. Not for more than 2-3 minutes. When I reached out to her about some things I discovered she said she didn't have time to talk. The man that interviewed me and my boss Ella" both have a accent. The have a tracking system called AXIS CRM, you log in each morning and then several times a day to see what new packages you have coming to you. When the package arrives, you inspect it, upload images and report if it is damaged or not. From there they want you to print a new label and ship it out to the original carrier with 24-48 hours. There are fines if you do not. I connected with another young lady on Facebook that was also suspicious about Axtelis. We compared notes and pictures, we both have the same manager, this young lady has never been able to speak with anyone there. After the 30 trail period you do not get the promised $2,900. You are supposed to get $3,200 after becoming a permanent employee with benefits. I feel like they are either using stolen credit cards to make the purchases and ship it around some many times so it doesn't come to them directly. There is also a fear that the unknowing employees are the victims, that our SSN is used to open these credit cards. It is wrong to prey on people like this.

Was contacted and offered a job with a company called Axtellis after applying on indeed. I was told id have any over the phone interview later that day which i did with someone from "HR" and today i was contacted by Jennifer to congratulate me on being selected. Then i do my research only to find this is all a SCAM! What a total waste of time but thankfully I didn't sign anything. Someone is supposed to be calling and emailing me with further details when i call the numbers back it goes straight to voicemail.
