on Dec 3d $21.59 waswithdrawn from my bank account. On 01/03/2024 again a withdrawel from my bank account in the amount of $59.97. Then again on 02/03/2024 another withdrawel of $59.97. All were withdrawn by backsoxsleeve.com. Did not authorize these withdrawels. I was told it is a scam website reported by many people..

backsocksleeve.com sends you Compression socks for a trial at $6.95 but unfotunately they are AUTOMATICALLY enrolling you in some "VIP Program" that will charge your Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Account a monthly fee of $37.57

I am currently in the process of trying to CANCEL this NON-SENSE with backsocksleeve.com but also opening a Dispute with my Credit Card Company!

This is horrible, unbelieveable!

I ordered one pair. I was overcharged and now fraudulent charges are removed from my bank account EVERY month. No luck with bank as it is an auto withdrawal from company, have tried to unscribe-no luck, phone # incorrect. This illegal charging must stop...it is fraud and it looks like I am NOT the only one.

I have never purchased from this company but somehow they have been attempting to charge my credit/debit card monthly. I have informed my bank about this fraudulent charge and I unfortunately get to fix it with my money and time. I only know about the charge due to alerts every time my card is used.

This is my situation also. I would like to know how they received my credit card number and I never ordered from them and didn't receive any product at all.

I ordered some items from Back socks on March 20, 2023. I just realized that they have been charging my pay pal account subsequently for 4 months now without me having ordered anything further from them. I didn’t authorize these charges & received nothing for them. I was surprised to find them & reported a dispute with pay pal but don’t know how to contact the company directly. No phone or email listed. This is infuriating!

I noticed an unauthorized charges on my account after a purchase of a knee brace that I thought was going to help me. I want my subscription of any kind canceled and STOP further charges on my account. THIS IS SO DUMB I AM VERY UPSET I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

Below is my email to this company regarding my experience.

I want to make it clear that I never consented to being enrolled in any VIP membership. After thoroughly reviewing all the emails I received from this company and Derek Jenkins, I can confirm that none of them mentioned anything about a subscription. There was not a single email that indicated the presence of a subscription. Upon examining the attachment you provided regarding the signup page, I noticed that the information about the subscription was only visible if someone clicked on "subscription details." This tactic is quite deceptive and appears to be a method of dishonestly taking money from individuals like myself. There was no mention of a subscription in any email or on the signup page unless "subscription details" was clicked.
Furthermore, I visited your website TODAY and attempted to place a fictitious order to determine if the subscription was mentioned during the checkout process. What I discovered is that the subscription is NOT displayed unless one scrolls to the very bottom of the page, past the "What Our Customers Say" section. It appears after "Yes! Send Me My Sock!" option, so if a person clicks on that to proceed/complete the order without scrolling to the bottom of the page the person is completely unaware of the subscription. Consequently, individuals who do not scroll to the end of the page remain uninformed about the existence of the subscription. This practice is highly dishonest and extremely deceptive and clearly demonstrates your unscrupulous/unethical conduct.

I request an "IMMEDIATE" refund of both charges made on April 30th and May 30th to my credit card. I would also like to inform you that if the charges are not reimbursed IMMEDIATELY, I will post a highly negative review on every social media platform and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to make daily posts until my money is refunded.

I want to reiterate that none of the emails sent by Derek Jenkins ever mentioned a monthly subscription charge of $37.57.
