Type of a scam: Rental

After responding to a Zillow listing and answering emailed questions from Turbo Tenant, I have been messaged to my mobile phone from Anna 1-206-222-0740 & received email from Anna about this Zillow listing using Turbo Tenant. It is not available for leasing as it is already leased. I suspect fraud on this listing. There are no interior photos and yet they say it has already been rented by Anna at Bandera Leasing. She asks that I bring money orders of $60 each for each application and another one for deposit on the home before completing the application which is not online but a paper based pdf form to print, fill out and return to 8120 Mainland Dr, Apartment 1015. She listed several other addresses she is listing but not offering to show the properties in person. 7111 Crested Quail which requires a $1528 Deposit at the time of Application. 11127 Dublin Circle which requires $1640 Deposit at the time of application. 7222 Albany Ridge requiring a deposit upfront at time of application for $1600, all in the form of money orders. Claiming to be "RetaProperty" Manager at 210-320-8225. Their fake application is a pdf file, citing another business that says
