Said the package was delivered..
But it wasn’t office complex has cameras in the hallway by the mailbox. Nothing came into the camera, and nothing was set at the mailbox.

A Bed Bath & Beyond advertisements had been showing on my Facebook page many times showing merchandise at clearance prices.. So, I decided to place an order on 8/5/23 to take advantage of the clearance prices.. Since Bed Bath & Beyond is going out of business, I assumed the advertisement was legitimate.. When I placed my order, I was given a delivery date of 8/18/23.. I have as of yet to receive any deliveries..

49 dollars was deducted from my c.c.. account and you cannot get in contacct by email stating that this store is unavailable. And they are still advertising what that I ordered on new websites and I still have not received the items that I ordered.

Received email advertising clearance bankruptcy sale on Bed Bath Beyond items. On July 19 ordered $30.19 for items. Later got order and shipping confirmation, tracking information. On August 11 tracking stated items had been delivered that day. No items ever received. Emailed kertok support several times, no response. Could not find tracking number information they had provided on either FedEx or UPS.

Appeared to be a Bed Bath and Beyond web page. Clearance items for store closing marked down to below cost. Original web page states items come from Texas,USA. Receiving tracking numbers, emails from China with shipping from China. Not received items at this point but all indications show Chinese scam all e-mail is in Chinese script and email name is not found when returning email to origin.

Posed as Bed Bath and Beyond. Provided a tracking number from Asia-China up unto being in Cinnacti, OH about a week prior to delivery date. I emailed through provided email [email protected] to check status and no response. Then I was unable to see the tracking information.

I am writing the ScamPulse.com in Union NJ because that is the headquarters for Bed Bath and Beyond. They NEED TO KNOW that a website is advertising on YouTube as of 7/23/2023 named Aptatall.com …. fraudulently using their name and offering a massive amount of goods for very cheap prices. The site looks legitimate. Please check this out and please INFORM BED BATH AND BEYOND about this situation!!! They are not in their corporate office now so I can’t reach anyone in authority. I HAVE INFORMED THE FBI AND THE FTC. BUT BED BATH AND BEHIND SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS SCAM. THANK YOU.

hawtyhat.com ordered 3x Orders accepted, payment accepted emailed Tracking site and number (Track718) no good site created for scammers, tracking number bogus. try to reach customer care email given no reply. If it say China anywhere on the site don't send the payment especially through Visa Cash App. Seems Cash App is scamming with them. Absolutely no help there either. All worthless scammers

Received confirmation Email that order had been shipped was able to track package for a few weeks (originating from China). Then unable to track package and unable to access website to view order. Credit card was charged, no merchandised received.

I seen a Close out sale (Bed Bath & Beyond) on AOL website and I ordered an Expresso Machine along with a set of Pots and Pans. Then I received an update on my order. They emailed me and said, my delivered was at my mailbox about a week later. I thought that was odd. So, I went to the mailbox and checked for it any way and to no surprise the pots and pans and expresso machine was not delivered. I mean you can't deliver that to a mailbox. They insist on that it was delivered. We been emailing back and forth for a couple weeks now. Then one of the associates wrote back and said no, it was a pair of 3D glasses and I need to return them. There was nothing ever delivered. I called my bank and disputed the charge, and I was credited back the money. But too this day they are offering me a credit up to 40 percent of my money back. I keep telling them from the start I want a full refund.
