The website advertises many types on products. I purchased a South Shore 4-door storage pantry cabinet, 12 1/8 inches by 23 1/2 inches by 60 1/2 inches high. this product photos are from South Shores website. I did not receive any communications from the seller for a few days. I sent an email via the website inquiring because I did not receive a confirmation email as stated I should have. I received a response from the email [email protected] stating do not worry your order has been shipped from China. This is the first I knew it was coming from China. I asked for a tracking number. I received ******************** as a USPS number which it was not. The next email I received a website to put in that tracking number which allowed me to monitor movement. After several weeks I received a notification email from USPS with a USPS tracking number, **** **** **** **** **** ** that my order was in Atlanta, GA. A few days later I received a small envelope with above tracking number containing an empty plastic SD card case. I used Paypal and they are investigating for my refund. I emailed the shipper regarding what I received and requested a refund and have had no communication.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Pulled up as Lysol company in Florida, as soon as I hit submit it gave a Chinese symbol and shipped from China. I tried to cancel right away but charges were approved through PayPal and it wouldn’t let me cancel Supposedly ordered Lysol, Got little green whistle. Filed dispute

I ordered 2 cans of lysol disinfectant spray and a couple bottles of lysol cleaner. I was so thrilled to actually find it in stock. Once the order went through I received the purchase confirm email from paypal and the seller's name just listed a long string of Chinese characters instead of the website name (lysolec dot shop) That made me a little wary, but I was optimistic. A few days later I got an "Item shipped" email from paypal. I checked the transaction. It showed shipping through USPS, but no tracking number. Another oddity, but I brushed it off. AFter a few days I saw an unknown tracking number show up on my USPS informed delivery, so I figured that was the lysol. It was listed as shipped from "BFE Corporation". I looked up the name and found this site full of complaints. I went back to the USPS and noted that the package was shipped by first class mail. All the stuff I ordered was definitely over the first class mail weight limit. That's when I realized I was scammed. Couldn't wait to see what little toy surprise I would be gifted with.

The item arrived today: I got a right green plastic numbr 8. As soon as I opened the package I reported it to paypal. They'll investigate it and get back to me in 30 days.

Oh, forgot to mention that when I went back to the website it no longer comes up. I just get a message that says "This site cannot be reached"

Hopefully Paypal will be helpful and keep this scammer from using their service. I'm so annoyed.

On November 17, I placed an on line order at Walmart. I have ordered several items and one of them is 10 inch Oak Pepper Mill Grinder and paid $15.99. The item came today November 23rd and it was not the correct item that I ordered. I received today the Oak Pepper Mill Grinder size 5 inches in height. I tried calling Walmart several times at this number 1-800-925-6278 and the line was busy. I am very disappointed at
Walmart. In fact this is not the first time it happened to me this kind of mistake, this is now the third time. I don't have any use of this item and plan to send it back to where it came from so I looked at the packaging where the item was placed.

I ordered a Kitchenaid Mixer, but before I placed my order I called the number listed for customer service. After staying on for SEVERAL minutes, I spoke to a live person and asked questions about the product... I disregarded the first clue after giving the item description "IT'S OUT OF STOCK", but it wasn't out of stock on the site. I proceeded to make the purchase after hanging up. Only smart thing I did was using my Paypal account. After making the Payment of $86, I received an invoice from Paypal. There I noticed that it was a China purchase. I gave the business the benefit of the doubt because now a days, everything comes from China. I never received a confirmation from the company with my order number, so I called the customer service number. Again, after waiting on hold again, I finally got ahold of someone. After explaining, my concern they told me that I should have received an email with a order number... that was my second clue. After getting off of the phone, I went back to site to inquire my purchase. Upon trying to logon to my account, it was having difficulties, so I prompted "forgot password". After entering my email address, it said "no address on file". Then when I tried to create an account, it said that my email address was associated with another account. Immediately, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Within a few days, I received a email from Paypal with a tracking number. I tracked the package for a few days and it hadn't moved locations. After talking to the post office, I found out that it was coming from a second shipping company. A few more days passed and when I tracked the package it was finally moving. By this time, I was anxious to see what I paid $86 for. Well, I was I finally received my package today. I was expecting to see the post lady to carry a large box to my front door. Instead I received a confirmation that it was put in my mailbox. When I checked my mailbox, there was a 3x5 white envelope. In the envelope was a small plastic skateboard. I have disputed with Paypal and my credit card!

I ordered 2 packages of 19 oz Lysol for about $56.00 and received a toy instead. As I was reviewing this order I immediately saw that it may not be valid so I did not CONFIRM the ORDER and tried to cancel the order however when I went to cancel off, I was told that the order had already gone through and was paid. I immediately contacted my credit card and they told that paypal had already posted this charge in to my account. Since this is the second problem I have had with Paypal not helping with such actions. I'm considering no longer using paypal. I feel paypal is just as guilty as BFE since they both let them use their source and process their billing in less than 5 minutes

Disguises itself as Clorox. I purchased disinfecting wipes, toilet wands and refills for a total of $92.27. As soon as I confirmed purchase I saw from the tracking number it was coming from China and I knew something was wrong and tried to cancel through PayPal and was unable to. Today I received a tiny package with a 5 cent toy in it -- it used the same tracking number that was given to PayPal.

Ordered a inflatable hot tub on clearance for 98.99 last week, today I get a 3X5 envelope with a toy skateboard in it. Not wasting time with PP for chargeback as it is a trend of fraud with them, called AmEx and started a charge back. Also filed an online complaint with the NJ Consumers Affairs Office.

I ordered a pair of ankle boots and received in a plastic bag where boots were wrinkle from no protective packaging. No size on inside or where made. Only address was Company Name 39567
Who would ship a pair of boots or shoes with way. When I call the 609-860-1808 number the person answered said they are Ste D and not E which is a lie. I asked to have these boots returned and she asked for an order number. What a scam. I am going request American Express to charge them back.

I ordered a golf club on-line, payed through PayPal and received a suction cup in a bubble mailer envelope 5 weeks later. They send a small light weight item in order to use a USPS tracking number as proof of delivery. A golf club doesn't fit in a 4"x6" bubble mailer, Scam alert!
