Recieved envelope with small plastic piece in it checked google for bfe Corp. Other state it was fraud. Pic of as attached when ordered it has you sign up with PayPal for payment. I went to check order status I'm not signed up with PayPal no record of me. Called my bank stated pd Thru paypal to them ***-***-**** which this is a resident getting many of these calls which unknown to her who company is.

Purchase milwauke tool set for $99.00 received at sponge that probably cost 50 cents. Paid with credit card but routed me to a pay pal account should have known something was wrong at this point. Called pay pal to dispute but it is not even listed as a transaction on my account, however got the dispute filed and can maybe receive a full refund if I return this sponge in same condition as I received but ship to China which will cost a lot. Basically a no win situation.

I made a purchase to a company name Shineblossom / Narcissus co.ltd or at least that's who my paypal got charged by. I purchased some keepsakes for my mom and siblings for Christmas because my dad passed a few months back. I paid $109.60 in early November and never received anything. I emailed the company and low and behold a different company answered, [email protected]. They apologized for the delay, when I advised them the tracking info they provided showed the package went to the wrong location they advised me the tracking info was wrong and sent me new tracking info. I then requested they cancel the order an issue a full refund (which i am still fighting for). I went a step further and opened a dispute with paypayl which took them 3 weeks to investigate and then closed the dispute stating that the sender provided valid POD that the package was delivered. The below is the message I received from paypal.

"Again this is the tracking number that your seller provided to PayPal XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX8295 with the proof of shipping which has your full address. And this tracking number shows delivered.

I went on to track the package with the information paypal provided to me which was for the USPS and BAM guess who was on the shipping info BFE Corporation Limited. No address was on the tracking information because the USPS doesn't provide that but paypal refuses to understand that. they advise me to go to the post office and dispute it with them and then call my bank to see if they will return my money. Paypal was no help at all, I advised them that this was a scam and they insisted that once proof of delivery is provided they can not help.

fyi, the last time I tracked the package (via the 3rd tracking number it was in Hong Kong)

The world that we live in today with all the SCAMS and dishonesty is heart breaking.

I ordered 4 cans of Lysol and paid via PayPal. 2 weeks later I received a tiny blue plastic whistle in my mailbox. I opened a dispute with PayPal and was told I would receive a refund if I returned the package. I reluctantly mailed the package back to BFE (spending even more money) and after over a month PayPal has not refunded my money.
