They called my husband yesterday, said his name was randomly selected from a survey and he has won a gift card. All he had to do was pay $2.85 and he would receive his gift card in 3-7 days. And she said he also received a free 30 trial of ID theft protection. So he said ok what the heck, and paid her the $2.85 from his cash app card. When he got up this morning, he had emailed stating he would not receive his reward because they tried to take out $1.85 more out but it was not on the card.

They hacked my debt credit card

I was hacked through my debit credit card and they continuesly try to hack my card

They call you and tell you that you won a $250 gift card. They know your name, home address, email, and phone number. They ask you to confirm the information they have on file. They ask you to pay for the $2.50 with your credit/debit card to get that information. Upon answering the phone they do not say what company it is, when you ask they say its Big Family Deals. Other people have had their credit/debit card information stolen from them and were charge multiple times without recieving a $250 gift card. Plus I did not enter any contest to win money so clearly a scam.

Buyers "BEWARE" (Big Family Deals)

Of course they scammed me the same way everyone else was. Except mine was for a Dewalt Tool up to $250.00 for a shipping fee of $2.85. Since I'm a business contractor I never really took notice but since September Big Family Deals have been taking $23.88 out of bank account. So Scammed me out of about $100.00. They use any means possible to hook line and got ya! They look and see what you look for online and use that against you. Like I said buyer "BEWARE"
