This website purports to sell clothing. Since it is coming from China, the expectation is that the merchandise will take some time to arrive. When the merchandise doesn't arrive, you contact their customer service via e-mail and they are slow to respond. They apologize for the "little delay", and assure that the product is in transit. When it still doesn't arrive, and you ask for a refund, they say it was lost in transit and has been reshipped. Then they start the process over - saying the items will arrive in 5-7, business days, or 12 business days... For me, this has gone on for 3 months.
