Product nothing like seen in video and refuse to allow return. Also I just found another SECOND FAKE CHARGE that was totally fake for even more money.
Both are described as Women's Ready to Wear and a company called ChristineBill with po ADDRESS in HK. It was ad on Facebook with video showing gal from QVC as spokesperson.

The same thing is happening to me right now. Also told me I should sell to someone else. The video I saw in their adv was from QVC, or at least the spokeperon was and clearly showed a good size when folded AND when opened. What I received is 16" AND WORTHLESS. Lots of run around. No clue what to do as Citi card told me to call the store.

They sell expandable willow and ivy shade 's. Online they show photos and a video of the product and they look to be about 4 ft. by 6 ft. when expanded I have saved photos and a part of the video. I ordered two of them at a cost of $38.30. They advertised guaranteed delivery in like 7 to 15 days. and they were about 3 days late. When the package arrived in my mailbox it only took up about half of the interior space. The items I got were nothing like what was advertised. I wish I could send more photos! I contacted the email in the package

that was for complaints. I sent an e-mail to ; [email protected]. I told them the items were not as advertised and I wanted a refund. They wrote me back and asked if a 10% refund would help. I told them no , I wanted 100%.
