They had online Instagram ads for products (glowing balls) with 3-5 day shipping. The items were purchased 12/11 and the "Tracker" says they are still being processed for shipping in China as of today's date. On 12/26, I emailed the support email and asked for a full refund, but was told via email that they couldn't because the product was in transit.

I purchased December 7 with an arrival date listed on the website 3-5 days. It has now almost been a month and weeks of trying to get information and a refund from customer service with no actual help. I was told this had shipped but they can’t give me any shipping information. I requested a refund and was told no because it shipped. Well then why can’t you provide shipping info? I have started doing more research on this company and have found dozens of not hundreds of people with the same issue. Please take action so this company can’t scam any one else.
