I ordered a Mother’s Day present in may and never received it I contacted them emailed me and said there still working on it then a month went by and tried contacting them again now you can’t contact them on Facebook and not responding to emails

My Son ordered me a Mother's Day canvas using his own money to pay for but put it on my card because he is under age and after nearly 3 months no response and no canvas either so I filed a complaint to BBB AND THE FTC and my Bank and fixing to do one with my State Attorney's office they need to be put out of business and refunds everyone's money and NEVER, EVER AGAIN TO OPEN A BUSINESS NEVER. YOU BROKE MY SON'S HEART BECAUSE he wanted to give his Mom something special. You have no ❤

My story is similar to all above. They advertised Mothers Day paintings so i ordered in April. With my weekly emails to their customer service, i have yet to see a real reply. I've only gotten the canned we received your email replies. It took them 15 seconds to take my payment but I'm still waiting on a status from them over 100 days.

Ordered a Mother's Day gift from canvaszone.com and never got it and then found out it was a scam

I had made an order through Canvas Zone back in April before mothers day. It is now July and still have not seen my order. Tried sending them an email about it but no responses back. My order costed me about $25 so thats $25 gone down the drain. I'm very disappointed cause thats $25 that I could have used for something else.

Same exact thing happened to me. I placed my Mothers day order in April. I have sent weekly emails because the say to allow 24-72 hours to respond. However, i have yet to see a real (not canned) response from them. Cant believe there is an address for a scam.

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift the week before Mother’s Day. I knew it would not be here by Mother’s Day, because of my late ordering, but 1 month later and still no product. No way to contact the company except through e-mail, which I did; e-mail response was so many orders allow them 24-48hrs to respond. No response in a week, so I e-mailed them again letting them know that it is pass the 24-48hr period and still have not received a response . In second e-mail I did let them know I was going to contact the BBB. July 2,2021: still no product & still no response to e-mails.

My daughter placed an order online back in April 2021. Never received the product. Attempts to contact them via email were unsuccessful. No response. No phone number posted anywhere for this alleged business.

Contacted our bank and disputed the transaction.

I order a canvas for mother’s day on April 27 and I have not received my canvas. I have been emailing them and they have not been responding. My canvas hasn’t even been confirmed as ready to shipped. I emailed them again last week telling them if my package does not say it’s being shipped by the first week of July I will need my money back ($15.94 to be exact). I also let them know if I do not receive a response nor my money back I will be taking some type of legal action. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from them!

I placed an order on 4/4/2021 of two canvas for Mother’s Day, it’s now 6/28/2021 and I still haven’t received what I ordered. I have contacted them numerous of times I’ve gotten one response that said something about me having to pay in order to get a refund but nothing else after that and I’m very P.O. and I want my money back ASAP??

I made an online Mother's Day purchase that was confirmed on May 4th. I reached out 22 days later to inquire about status as I never received anything past the payment confirmation, i.e. status update, expected ETA, etc.

I did receive a generic response back from Natalie in support saying I could reply back with my specific product for more expeditious service. Now, over a month later, I still haven't heard anything more.

I understand making a purchase of a popular item that close to a holiday nearly guarantees delivery after said holiday, which I'm okay with. What I'm not okay with is the utter pathetic lack of correspondence about my purchase. This is either a very poorly run small business with little scruples when it comes to customer service or it's bordering on shady.

Either way, I'm at a point where I'd like a refund and to never deal with them again.

Ordered a canvas on April 11th, 2021.. getting ready to move to our new home in July and since I’ve sent several emails about my canvas I have still not received any reply back at all.. looks like wasted money on something I would of loved to hang in my new house.

Order online April 12th for two Mother's Day gifts that were guaranteed to be delivered before Mother's Day as of today June 26th I've never got any response from them I've sent them five emails regarding my purchase and they've never responded nor issued every fund I never received the two items either

I placed an order one week before Mother’s Day that totaled $61.00. It’s been well over a month and I still have not received my order. I Haven even recurved an email telling my order was completed and on its way. There is no phone number associated to this site. I sent several emails inquiring about my order and I got the same generic email every time. My money taken out of my account the day I ordered the canvas, but it’s been over a month now and my order still hasn’t arrived.

Placed order on 4/24/21 for 2 canvas prints for Mother's Day and have sent several emails and as of 6/23/21 I still do not have my product. The website says orders ship 3-5 business days.

I placed 3 orders back in April and never received them or got my money back. Sent out 3 emails on the 18th and never got a reply back. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done about this. So much for mothers day gifts. That was ruined no thanks to this damn company that is nothing but scammers. I lost out on $60 that I'll never get back.
