I was trying to order a gift for mothers day for my mom and grandma and its almost July and i still haven’t received anything and when i try to email they send the same email over and over. I never talk to anyone. And I spent over $30 mind you i ordered it in the beginning of April.

Ordered 2 canvases on April 20, 2021 with a guaranteed delivery of Mothers Day (May 9, 2021) paid $24.93 with extra shipping tracking and have heard nothing. They took my money and never sent product and disappeared. No Facebook page no contact just gone. Total scam

I purchase and canvas back in April 2021. Here it is June 24,2021 and I still haven't received my order.I have emailed so many times and no one has responded back to me yet. they say give them 48-72 hours before they respond, but they never do.

I purchased from them once before and there was a lot of BS getting my package due to the USPS sending it back because their website doesn't let you use a po box. Even blocked on...But I did get it. Well I decided id order again because I was very pleased with my purchase. Well i ordered again and now they won't respond to my emails and blocked me on Facebook from a different account. I called my bank and they took care of removing the charge.

I ordered a canvas for Mother’s Day on 04.19.2021, now it’s 06.22.2021 & have yet to receive an email, text or anything about my order, have reached out to them through email twice & they sent me the same email as if I wouldn’t notice. What also caught my eye with the email is who uses emojis on a supposedly professional/business email.

I placed a order with this company months back and they still haven’t even emailed me no confirmation or delivery information I have emailed them try to contact them thru Instagram and nothing. So they getting people to order of there web site and never send you the item!

I ordered a mothers day gift from this company for $15 however I haven't received it and have found other reports saying it's a scam and their emails continue to send me emails saying someone will get back to me yet that hasn't happened. I'm tired of this and just got scammed AGAIN by another site. This is getting out of hand.

My children ordered 2 Mother's Day canvases off of this site. The card was immediately charged. Product was never received. Children emailed the company and never heard from them. They looked up the order number and it said that it was being worked on. They looked a week or so later, and they could no longer look up the order number. Tried to email again. No reponse. So now my children are out of their hard earned money!

Placed an $74 order on 4-26-21, sent an email to make an adjustment to my order. After numerous emails, no merchandise has been shipped. No response to any emails.

I ordered my mom & grandma a plaque with all the grandkids names on them on May 9, 2021. I received a confirmation email stating they had received my order. They even went as far as sending a message from their “president”! After about a month of waiting, i emailed them stating when i made my order & how much it was. i also asked could i just get my refund since it was obvious that i wasn’t getting my product. They never replied to any of my messages & i have seen plenty of testimonials of other people having the same issues with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM CANVAS ZONE !!!!!

I saw an Ad on Instagram for a Mother’s Day canvas that would be custom made. I clicked on the website and saw it had 5 star reviews. There was some kind of Mother’s Day sale they were claiming to be having so I only really paid 12 dollars for the canvas so I didn’t lose that much money but it’s the principle. I got a confirmation email and at first they were updating me on my order and when it was completed they sent me another email telling me it was done and ready to be shipped . It’s been 2 months since I have placed my order on April 19th it is now June 22 and I have not received my order . I sent them ao many emails asking for tracking information and eventually I stopped getting responses . I just looked at reviews on Facebook about this website and now it’s all making sense . It has to be a scam . Luckily I didn’t lose much money but I eventually figured it’s not coming so I decided to just show my mother a picture of it. I’m just more frustrated because that was my only idea of a gift for her and I didn’t have a backup gift because I was counting on that canvas to come and it never did. My item was “ready” on may 5th. It is now June 22nd and have not received. BEWARE!!!

Placed 3 separate orders on April 22,2021 for Mother's day and Father's day. Still waiting. You cannot even check orders now. It appears fb has shut down their page. Same automatic email response from them. It's a shame because it makes all online companies to run a legit business.

I ordered a canvas from canvas zone in the beginning of April. Middle of June and I still had not received my order and no way to contact them. No return email. I filed a dispute with my bank and they refunded my money to me, thank goodness. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

I ordered a canvas for my wife for Mother's Day. The product was advertised on facebook and the link took me to canvaszone.com. I received a confirmation after ordering with an order number.

Have not received it as of now. Emailed support several times with no response other than it may take a few days for them to email back. Website had an option to check status of orders and a few weeks ago it was working and said item had not been shipped yet even though it was well past the stated time for shipment of product. The order lookup option on their website does not work anymore. Money was taken out of my account right after ordering. No phone number to contact by phone.

I seen them on Facebook. They had a cool Mother’s Day canvas so I ordered one for my mother in law. It’s been 3 months since I’ve ordered. I’ve sent at least 8 emails so far. I have yet to hear back from them. I have not received what I ordered. I also paid extra for shipping and tracking info. Never once received any of that either. I get automated emails back but they never respond back after that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It is a SCAM! I should have read reviews on them before ordering because this has happened to countless others.

Made an online order that I never received. Customer service email claimed it was coming. Been over 2 months now, still nothing. I messaged their Facebook account and now I'm blocked.

I wouldn't recommend this group of people .I placed an order for mother's day and yet to receive it. On the order it guaranteed to be arriving at my location two days before Mothers day and still nothing. I have emailed them many times and still I get the go round and they still haven't answered any of my questions. Never will I order or recommend them to any one else. It would be nice to have the money back into my account also

I ordered 2 canvases for my Mom and my daughter for Mothers day, which was on 5-9-2021. They said the deadline for Mother's day orders was 4-25-21. I placed my order and they charged my credit card on 4-10-21. It is now 6-17-21 and after several emails back and forth (which the ones from them were always a general email of there policy and what not) now they won't even answer my emails! It ruined our mother's day and I'm irate! I will never order anything off the internet again unless I know the company and know they are reputable! I just don't understand how they keep getting away with this?
