I attempted multiple times to either get a store credit or return the watch band that does not fit my Garmin Venue as represented on thier website. In my second email to them I included for reference a photo of thier band, the stock band that comes with the Venu, and the Venue itself back dropped against a ruler so that they could see that thier 22mm does not fit my Venue. Since that proof was sent, I have heard nothing from them. My next steps will be to contest the charge to my credit card, and report this company to the BBB for poor business services and customer support. I even attached the photo again just in case they claimed to have not received it. I expect this to be made right WITHOUT cost to me. It's a shame they are unresponsive because I like the look of their product and would have purchased more if they had taken care of this problem.

I am so sorry I made a purchase from Cape Diablo. I have emailed every single day for 23 days straight and they just give me the runaround and won't address my return. It's ridiculous. My theory is they are going to stall for 30 days and then say the return time has expired. I have never been more frustrated at a company. Such BS responses they send that don't even pertain to my issue. STAY AWAY from them - it's all a scam.

I bought 4 watch bands for my large face apple watch. The website sells products for this size. The straps do not support the weight. The watch face bobbles all around no matter how or how tight I tie it. They will not refund one (Sale item), 2 of them are defectively made. They will only reimburse 25% of the 3 products and I pay for shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM_ DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!. Also email correspondence to get this final result took 10 times and 10 days!

I ordered two bracelets and an earrings. Natural stones? You must be kidding me! Those are not! Cheap plastic [censored]! I tried to contact them to return it, but of course no answer. They are probably waiting for 14 days to respond to say - oops, your return window is expired!
Such a scam!
Please save your money and don't buy anything from them!

Fell asleep with my bracelet on woke up with blue all around my wrist same as the stones.

Appears that the stones may have bee painted. The side touching my wrist is now lighter than it was a some white is beginning to show through. This is to be blue/purple.

Their products is not worth the price you pay, it is fake and cheap. Do not buy from them! You will loose your money, and when told to send the product back to them, I was informed it will cost me more than the price I paid for the product! Total rip-off!

Company advertises 14 day return policy. They don't accept returns, they delay responses to emails. Cannot locate a physical address in order to return the item.

I've beeing going back and forth Cape Diablo. I am on email 8. I ordered 4 bracelets. One of them sent was a small and does not fit around my write. I just need an exchange to the regular size. They keep sending the same "canned" email to adjust the bracelet. There is nothing to adjust because the braclet does not wrap around my wrist. How many emails does it take to get an exchange or refund?

I can NOT recommend this company, one heavily self-promoted on social media but charges a great deal for basic hobby-store beads, very slow service, and a watch band which broke within three weeks of light use. Company refuses to refund the money, citing 2-week return policy. If you are ok purchasing a product that will take nearly two months to arrive and will break within two weeks, you will be satisfied.

I ordered a watch band and bracelet. The Bracelet turned up promptly but no watch band. Whenever I try to contact them they repeatedly ask for my order number which I have already repeatedly given them. In one of the emails I received there was a mention of coming from Ireland which seemed very odd. I have been scammed before by the Irish so I new straight away that's it I'm never going to see this product. It's a bummer because it's the watch band that I really wanted not the bracelet it's a piece of cheap crap and I can bet that it's not ethically produced either.

I purchased a iPhone strap in June and I still have not received my purchase. I paid it in full and now I am just getting the run around. They claim it was delivered then sent back cause the address didn’t exist. This does not make any since. I still haven’t received my product or my money back.

Their website shows beautiful jewelry. Handmade by artisans. Asks for additional tip at purchase to help support indigenous people making the jewelry. No where does it say jewelry is coming from China!
I ordered 6 pair ear rings. Received only one within a week. Many emails asking where the others are. Given different routing #s showing from China on Yun Express. Arrival dates have come & gone, still no ear rings. The pair I received does not appear to be a stone. Looks like clay that has been colored. Above picture shows pair I received. They keep giving me excuses & new arrival dates. Website says shipping 10-25 days, almost been 2 months.

This company stated jewelry made by women in poor countries trying to support their families. And returns given if not satisfied with items. After much correspondence

They decided to give a refund keeping 25% of total paid. But the refund received was 70%.

I placed two separate orders for identical pairs of earrings on August 1. I received one pair three days later. It shipped from the east coast. The other pair shipped from China and I'm still waiting for. Every email I send requesting information is answered with a form response, worded exactly the same every time. I've requested a refund. They keep sending me the same email--"We are working very hard" blahblahblahblah.

They lead me to believe these were being made by poor indigenous people. I ordered 6 pair of earrings, one free, which arrived quickly. Sent several emails requesting tracking # for rest of shipment. Finally received 2 tracking numbers saying shipped from CHINA on
YUN Express. Should receive by 21 Aug. Today is 27th. Says they were delivered to USPS, does not say where in US. When checking out they ask for a donation, I fell for that too. PLEASE be aware these are coming from CHINA.

I ordered what looked like a visually spectacular pair of earrings Made of Tibetan Jasper, that had metallic gold veins through it and very lustrous semi translucent stone. I am 99% certain this was painted poly-clay. I got the order quickly but it was obviously not what I ordered on the picture. It makes me skeptical that this company is in anyway living up to their claims of ethical business practices, i.e. giving starving, indigenous mothers an income or something. I won't buy again.

There are several levels of stones and the materials used are listed on the description of each product. You can have them appraised if you are unsure of the stones used.

I ordered the item 2 months ago.
Twice it has been shipped to the wrong location.
The support contact person (called Lui) replied to my emails but then expected me to take action and call the post office where the item was wrongly delivered, or to even drive there to pick up the item myself.
Eventually he has now blocked my email address.
Terrible experience and I lost the money of the purchase.

I ordered a bracelet July 10 and still do not have the package after a month. The email with my order verification states to email, [email protected]. I did and the email was returned stating invalid email address...? I tracked the package and it states it went from Shanghai to China to...wait for it...no where...I emailed another email address I found at their website and have not heard back from anyone...money lost and shame on me to not research the company before I purchased the item...DO NOT BUY! A REAL SCAM!

I placed two separate orders for jasper earrings on the same day, August 1. The first order arrived from Virginia in four days. According to online tracking, the second order, for some reason, is coming from China and is still (nine days later now) "Processing." No response at all from customer service except for the computer generated email saying "We are working hard and will respond soon, blahblahblah" I had a feeling when I saw this site. Should've followed my gut.

I purchased a band for an Apple Watch and my watch keeps asking for a password while I am wearing it.
I asked for a refund but they want me to send it back to China to get a refund, the company is set up to look Australian when you initially order as it appears to come from Sydney
