I purchased this bracelet-watch band but I was not able to open it quickly because it was a gift that was opened ten days later. Because of that, I passed their “return date.” Of course I did not know that when I purchased it because I purchased a very quickly on the Facebook….never again… when the actual gift was received and opened it had a basement/musty mildew odor. When I notified them via email they took a few more days to answer and asked me for pictures. I asked him how the pictures were going to help since it had an odor and that I wanted an exchange or a refund since I can’t use this. I did send them pictures. After they received them, they told me I passed their return policy date! No help, nothing. I lost $35… Do not buy from his people — they are thieves .

As per our Return Policy, our customers have the right to return the product within 14 days and this term will expire 14 days when the customer receives the product. I bought my watch band too large and wanted to do an exchange. You have to email the company to get info on how to do and took over 5 days for a response (you only have 14 days to return). They sent me videos on how to make it for and they tried to talk me into keeping it and accepting $20 store credit but I had no use for this. It was way to big on me and I needed an exchange. So I was told I had to send it first class priority or it would not be accepted. This cost $45, more than the cost of the original bracelet itself. why do they care how I mail it, as long as I do in a timely fashion? So I kept it and I kept it knowing I had no way of wearing it. This company is a complete sham. Do not wast your time or money.

Ordered this on 6/14. Just shows in transit on 7/17 from China. I’ve been back and forth with customer service terrible responses that items can take longer to receive. I will never order from this company again and do not recommend that anyone else does either

The Apple wristband did not fit my wrist and after multiple Facebook messenger posts and direct emails to just replace the wristband - nothing has happened.

Just a loss and I hate I ordered from them - I will chalk it up to ordering late at night off of a Facebook post - never do that!

I've been trying to return my watch bracelets since they slip on my wrist and are hurting me but a person called Lui is offering another bracelet valued in 20 bucks which I don't need. I won't be able to wear these bracelets and I want to return them but they are not replying. I guess I will have to file a dispute with my bank at this point. Very dissapointing.

I really wish I would have read more on this company before I ordered from them. What a hassle it is to return bracelets to them. They come from China, which is fine, but I was just recently told the email that I have to return them back to China which I'm sure is not going to be cheap. The label on the package says that they're somewhere in Illinois but I wonder if that's the case. I don't know how many emails I've exchanged back and forth with this person named "Ruth" and she finally told me that I need to return things to China. They make it as difficult as possible to return things. I think I'm just going to dispute my charges and call it a wash. All I wanted to do was exchange them, because the watch bands were actually decent, but what a hassle! I will not be ordering from them or even recommending anybody to order from them.

Not real leather product is not as described. I ordered 3 watch bands 2 for an Apple Watch one for a versa and none of them fit correctly. Company refuses to accept a return there is no return address on website just wants to give me a credit for a future purchase and send me some cheap ugly bracelet

Please note, our Fitbit watch straps are only compatible with the Fitbit Sense, Versa 2 & 3 watches and our Apple watch straps are compatible with 38mm-44mm Apple Watch faces, 45mm Apple Watch 7 and the new released Apple Watch Series 8. Magnetic sliders or connectors are the same length of about 32mm.

I ordered 4 items from this piece of junk company. After weeks of waiting, three items arrived. The bracelet is way to small! The two pairs of earring were loose in the cardboard box. I asked the company to let me return the items and get a refund, plus the refund for the item that they didn’t send. They have jerked me around with a million emails asking for pictures (even if the packaging). They won’t let me return anything and said they will ship the missing piece. Absolute garbage! Do not buy anything from them. They try to make it look like quality custom jewelry but it’s just bulk junk from a foreign country.

I ordered a Chakra Charm Tassel Necklace from Cape Diablo and when it looked nothing like what they advertised online. The beads on the necklace were dull and in no way did they match the tassel. The necklace was very ugly. They are a scam and I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a Chakra Charm Tassel Necklace from Cape Diablo and would have liked to return it because it did not look anything like the picture featured on their website. They did not make it easy to return therefore I will never buy from them again. I think they are a scam! I paid good money and the product was horribly ugly. Nothing like what they advertised.

I purchased a necklace as a Christmas gift 5 weeks before Christmas. I made a complaint on January 16 th and I was told they would take care of it and include a free bracelet to make up for it. It is February 18th and still only excuses no items have shown up.

I believe they are a scam company. I ordered one bracelet due to an ad that popped up on my feed. It took weeks to get it with no tracking number and no number that worked to call the company. I realized I was charged twice on my credit card bill for same bracelet. When I emailed company “Ruth” got back to me saying “she” would check on this and get back to me. “She” insisted on seeking photocopy of charges and still nothing was done. I will take this up with my company to check into this further. I should have checked the internet beforehand since there are plenty of Better Business Bureau complaints on this company!

SCAM! I fell for it. The slick website has lots of new age concepts, claims to help mothers working from home. The wording is good and seemed to be based in America.

I ordered three bracelets 12/27/2020 at $39.99 each. Two were received. I inquired on the third and was told it was coming from a different shipping location. Still not received by 1/14/2021. I tracked the package and found it had shipped from China! That explains so much. I have purchased things directly from China but the pricing was good enough to take a gamble on receipt and quality.
While the bracelets look ok from a reasonable distance, the pricing is ridiculous for the slow shipping and quality. The main stones don’t seem to be real and the bracelets are difficult to close.

Cape Diablo is garbage! The stone, intense Healing Jasper looks absolutely nothing like it does in their filtered photo and yhe cheap leather broke after wearing it for only 4 days! I have never had such cheap garbage. I should have just set that $100 on fire instead.

Is there a zero star rating available?! This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a merchant, and I'm not alone - BUYER BEWARE! A simple google search will show you endless links to various sites where similar complaints are issued; some even mention calling the FBI. The same theme is repeated, extremely delayed shipping and refusal to refund.

I ordered 4 bracelets on July 18th and received 3 of them by July 27th. The fourth one, I received about 1 month after ordering. I received no notice that the fourth one was delayed, it just showed up.

I did not like 2 of the bracelets (Intense Emperor Jasper and Healing Rhodochrosite) because quite frankly, they looked and felt fake - they are light as a feather, perfectly cut and colored plastic "stones." I'm no gemologist but it doesn't take a degree to tell the difference between plastic and stone.

On August 2nd I requested a refund stating it was not to my expectations. After 7 emails between the both of us, I have yet to receive return instructions. They've refuted my claims that the stones are fake, I've sent them photos as requested - not sure how that proves authenticity but ok - and I haven't heard back from them since; that was on August 7th.

They are not honoring their return policy (copy and pasted below) and they only handle returns through email or chat, they don't offer a return process or address which makes it so that you literally can't try to return the item which in turn makes it difficult to dispute the charge on a credit card.

I warned them multiple times that I would dispute the charge and share my bad experience - they've remained unresponsive and unhelpful. I have disputed the charge and I will post this review on every site I find - I've also contacted Instagram letting them know they're a fraud.

Refund requests will be accepted by email and chats.
No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement
We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay
Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
Please note we cannot change or cancel any order after it was placed.

4) BUYER PROTECTION - Our customers have the right to receive a full refund if the product won't be delivered after 90 days.

This company provided tracking that claims my package was picked up from their place of business on June 2,2020 but as of today, July 11, 2020 their same tracking indicates that it was never received by USPS. I have gotten no response from this company. I wish that I had investigated their reviews more thoroughly. Fortunately my credit card company provided a credit so at least I am not any money. I have also filed a report with the BBB.

I ordered 2 bracelets on May 20th and did not receive my order until June 19th. While the bracelets are beautiful, I’m sorry to say I need to arrange for a return of one of the bracelets in my order. I had ordered one for myself and the other is for a gift.

I had thought there would be a clasp of some sort on the bracelet. As I have a problem with arthritis in my fingers, it is quite difficult for me to work the button
in to the button hole making it impossible from me to attach the bracelet.

Their return policy clearly states “Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.”

I received the order on June 19th and first reached out to them to request a return / refund on June 20th. I notified them within the 14 days required in their return policy and their product does not meet my expectation. After numerous attempts to contact their customer service, sales and support departments via email, their FB page and their website (as there is no phone number to contact them), they (Marie) finally responded on June 29th.

They are refusing to allow me a return / refund and want to offer me an exchange for another bracelet. This is not acceptable to me as their bracelets are too difficult for me to manage to attach on my wrist.

They are clearly NOT abiding by your own return policies.
Very dishonorable company. Do Not Order From Them.
I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered from Online site wrap bracelet took payment right away. Gave me invoice number. after 5 days checked with company they said, was sent. my USPS tracking number is Invalid. There is No WAY to contact them, no phone numcapeber only via email or text message. I tried to contact them numerous times they say rest assured its on the way. told them I was reporting to BBB!
