Horrible exchange/return policy
We would like to take the time and apologize for the late responses while wanting to initiate the exchange process, this helps us correct our faults and provide a better quality of service next time.
We always do our best to send different options, apart from exchanging that can help you sort out the issue faster with something you can still take advantage from, even if you are not pleased with covering shipping costs. We also recommend to verify the shipping charge with your postal office, as the cost to mail it to the warehouse specified, shouldn't have been that elevated.

Scam, product comes from China

Customer Service is Horrible
Just a loss and I hate I ordered from them - I will chalk it up to ordering late at night off of a Facebook post - never do that!

Annoying back and forth
We are sorry for this unpleasant experience with your purchase from us. All the essential product details on our website, including descriptions, prices, materials, and sizes are indicated while purchasing. They are displayed to inform our customers before completing any order.
We have provided different sizes for the watch strap, specified on each product page, for our customers to determine the size that would fit them better. If they don't work, we have prepared instructional videos showing how to wrap them. If they still, were not of any help, the customer could return it complying with our procedures.

Returning bracelets is such a hassle
Your suggestions are important to us. It isn't challenging for us to allow returns or exchanges still, as online merchandisers, we must also estimate the base of client return requests. Please note, the address that is found on the packages is different of our return addresses.

Your comment is important for us. All our products are made of real and quality materials, we have included on our webpage the specifications of the materials that are used on each of our handmade pieces.
Please note, our Fitbit watch straps are only compatible with the Fitbit Sense, Versa 2 & 3 watches and our Apple watch straps are compatible with 38mm-44mm Apple Watch faces, 45mm Apple Watch 7 and the new released Apple Watch Series 8. Magnetic sliders or connectors are the same length of about 32mm.
It's not difficult for us to allow returns and refunds, however as online sellers, we also have to evaluate the validity of the reasons our customers have in requesting returns, and at the same time, to scrutinize if there's something we can do to help them, this is why we offer some options in a way that we can resolve your issue with something you can benefit from while still having the opportunity of enjoying our products, if non of this help, we proceed with your request.

We received your request and our representatives were giving options in order for you to still enjoy our products and avoid any hassles with returning the items. Lastly, we proceeded with the refund hence we honored the matter as per our Refund Policy describes.
Please understand, the requirements asked are needed as per our policies when handling these situation and for our team to evaluate it closely. We use natural stones in our products with unique qualities. As you can see in the pictures from the reviews on our page, every product has a unique stone, and the color and texture may vary slightly. Please understand that photos may differ slightly from actual items due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings. The featured images on our website portray the products and may show different displays. The shade, pattern, and color variations are inevitable.

I ordered three bracelets 12/27/2020 at $39.99 each. Two were received. I inquired on the third and was told it was coming from a different shipping location. Still not received by 1/14/2021. I tracked the package and found it had shipped from China! That explains so much. I have purchased things directly from China but the pricing was good enough to take a gamble on receipt and quality.
While the bracelets look ok from a reasonable distance, the pricing is ridiculous for the slow shipping and quality. The main stones don’t seem to be real and the bracelets are difficult to close.
Scam and Buyer beware.
I ordered 4 bracelets on July 18th and received 3 of them by July 27th. The fourth one, I received about 1 month after ordering. I received no notice that the fourth one was delayed, it just showed up.
I did not like 2 of the bracelets (Intense Emperor Jasper and Healing Rhodochrosite) because quite frankly, they looked and felt fake - they are light as a feather, perfectly cut and colored plastic "stones." I'm no gemologist but it doesn't take a degree to tell the difference between plastic and stone.
On August 2nd I requested a refund stating it was not to my expectations. After 7 emails between the both of us, I have yet to receive return instructions. They've refuted my claims that the stones are fake, I've sent them photos as requested - not sure how that proves authenticity but ok - and I haven't heard back from them since; that was on August 7th.
They are not honoring their return policy (copy and pasted below) and they only handle returns through email or chat, they don't offer a return process or address which makes it so that you literally can't try to return the item which in turn makes it difficult to dispute the charge on a credit card.
I warned them multiple times that I would dispute the charge and share my bad experience - they've remained unresponsive and unhelpful. I have disputed the charge and I will post this review on every site I find - I've also contacted Instagram letting them know they're a fraud.

1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER
In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)
Customer have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:
The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.
Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
Color is slightly different from the picture.
Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
We may choose to make a refund of 25% of the value of the product.
3) CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
Refund requests will be accepted by email and chats.
No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement
We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay
Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the tracking number from the customer as a guarantee.
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
Please note we cannot change or cancel any order after it was placed.
4) BUYER PROTECTION - Our customers have the right to receive a full refund if the product won't be delivered after 90 days.
I had thought there would be a clasp of some sort on the bracelet. As I have a problem with arthritis in my fingers, it is quite difficult for me to work the button
in to the button hole making it impossible from me to attach the bracelet.
Their return policy clearly states “Our customers have the right to return the product within 14 natural days. This term will expire on the 14 natural days of the day the product has been received by the customer.”

I received the order on June 19th and first reached out to them to request a return / refund on June 20th. I notified them within the 14 days required in their return policy and their product does not meet my expectation. After numerous attempts to contact their customer service, sales and support departments via email, their FB page and their website (as there is no phone number to contact them), they (Marie) finally responded on June 29th.
They are refusing to allow me a return / refund and want to offer me an exchange for another bracelet. This is not acceptable to me as their bracelets are too difficult for me to manage to attach on my wrist.
They are clearly NOT abiding by your own return policies.
Very dishonorable company. Do Not Order From Them.
I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.
