I ordered a camera and never received it just as everyone else I contacted them several times and they assured me they were working on my order then after a few months stopped responding do not order anything from them total scam

I lost $310.65 by ordering 3 deer cams that I was promised by Christmas 2019. Same results as everyone has listed above. Has anyone been able to resolve their issue and get refunded? And if so, how?

I bought a $120 fur queen 3 piece set for my bed almost a whole year ago and still never received it. On the app Shopify where it shows shopping it does not give a tracking number because they do not put it. I sent an email through Shopify app and on my email to the email saying my order is confirmed and it says the email does not work at all. Do not provide any service to cart crate it is a huge SCAM! I’m completely upset and I do hope they get shut down and put to jail for scamming.

I ordered a trail camera online from cartcrate on 11/24/19. I requested to cancel my order on 1/06/20 as I had not received the camera. 1/07/20 I received an email from Pam Warner, customer service representative, that they couldn't cancel my order as it had already shipped. 1/15/20 I emailed them again. 1/17/20 they say my order expected to ship soon. I continued to email them. On 1/20/20 they say my order is packed & ready to deliver. 3/18/20 still no order received. 3/20/20 they say they're still waiting for tracking number to generate. 3/22/20 received email--my order expected to ship soon, warm regards Pam Warner. I haven't contacted cart crate since and haven't heard from them again. I did report this to the ScamPulse.com with no results. My payment was never charged to my credit card through PayPal.

I ordered 2 shark bags last December for my grand daughters and I have not received them and they are no longer communicating. This is horrible and I hope they get caught.I have ask for my refund which it couldn't be refunded because it had already shipped. PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM ON FACEBOOK AND WE ALL NEED TO LET FACEBOOK KNOW SO THEY CAN REMOVE THEM...

Same terrible experience. I ordered something October 3-2019 - it never showed up. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and they said "the order was shipped, we can't issue a refund" ... Its now April - company has no website and they have my $200 - not sure what to do. looks like it just doesn't even exist?

Cart Crate is a SCAM they charge your account and never send our goods. I'm out $160.00 for an online purchase before Christmas. You will receive by a bogus person by the name of Pam Warner but she just stalls.

I know, purchased a camera on December 18, 2019 and still no camera. I hv had correspondence (poorly) that Pan says “be patient, we’re waiting on tracking # from USPS. WHAT ! You’re a damn liar and I want my camera ?. Thing is I purchased mine with my debit card but I working with my bank USAA to get my money back.

they sell products they never deliver, contacted them 6 times in 3 months to find my order. Still nothing and well not refund my money. Only contact way is threw email and then it's 3-4 days before they tell you another lie. Got them from facebook add also.

Placed my order on Dec 26 and my payment cleared on Dec 28. I used PayPal but the recipient of the money was a company by the name of Media Life Systems LLC. That company can not be contacted. I recently read a posting that a customer went by the supposed address of Cart Crate and the building is vacant. I would like to know if anyone else could check their bank record and see who actually received the money. This seems to me to be a money laundering business if Media Life Systems also received your payment. There is no record of a company Cart Crate registered with the California Corp web site and I can't find a record of a city operation permit. I suggest that everyone that has gone through this same loss send a complaint to the district attorney's office of Los Angeles. We only know part of the story and this seems like a major money scam and someone needs to answer why this has been allowed to go on with no action from law enforcement.

Cart crate is a totally untrustable company. They are thieves and do not hesitate to swindle. I ordered and paid a range finder on October 12... would be delivered within a few days... we are now March 4 and I stil got nothing ... even after several mails for which I received vague answers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I purchased a comforter set for my daughter as a Christmas present, paid $125, on 11/17/19, and still have not received the purchase. The company will only tell me - they can't give me an exact shipping date and to keep watching my email. They have stolen my money and I have never received my purchase. They have no phone number that I can find. They only respond with email saying - can't give you any tracking info at this time.

I want my money back or my purchase and they won't give me my money back, of course. And now they have my debit card information. So far, I haven't seen any purchases that I haven't made, but not to say they won't try.

They are complete scammers and thieves!!!

This Business is a complete scam !! I am so angry with them. I was scrolling through my Instagram feed and came upon this account "Cart Crate". I found a really cute blanket that i liked a lot and all the comments were positive so i decided to purchase this beginning of November 2019. I ended up paying $120 and it was kinda pricey but i thought it would be worth it since all the reviews were really good. Some time passed and i still haven't received anything so i emailed them and a woman by the name of "Pan Warner" responded back saying i'll have my item soon. I waited till end of December and still nothing so i went on the Instagram account and commented that they are a scam and not to purchase from them, i checked a few hours later and my comment was deleted so i commented again, then i went to check and i was blocked! I knew this website was a scam and i just got my money stolen. I was also talking with a young woman online because she also purchased from them and she hasn't received any of her items and her money was also stolen. Please do something about this because it seems like a lot of people got scammed!

I ordered two baby shark book bags on 11/19/19 and never received the items or a refund! I was given the run-around and received several emails... from what I know now is a fake customer support representative. I asked several times when was were my items gonna be shipped and was told it was gonna be a delay and they couldn't give me a specific time frame. After waiting a responsible amount of time I asked for a refund and was told on 12/03/19 that a refund was issued. Needless to say I never received the refund! I think it's terrible that they have created this website and are defrauded people on a daily basis.
