I tried to purchase bedding through an online add on Facebook, Cart crate. I paid $119 for a bedding set on 12/3/19, I never received a confirmation email as promised. I have tried to track the package and no tracking is available. I sent 3 emails with no response. I have read the reviews and no one else has received their package or a response either. I want to warn others to not purchase! I want a refund and can't call because they have no #.

I recently placed an order with this company. Per their own shipping policy they have yet to honor the policy. It has been a month since I have been trying to reach them for information on tracking as the item I purchased was an Xmas gift. Every time they reply they say they are still working on it. They have taken my 101.00 and I have yet to receive my item or a tracking number in a reasonable amount of time. This prompted me to research and I found numerous complaints from others who complained about the same kind of responses I have received. And some complaining they never got their item or their money back. I had to cancel my card because I was worried since these items shipped from China someone out there could have my information. I believe there is something fishy about this company and felt they should be reported! I have yet to received my item or my money and have also filed a claim with my bank to report fraud to try and recoup the money I have lost.
