I was looking for a case for my new Samsung Galaxy S 23 Ultra when I came across this website. I have seen cases for phones likeke the one they advertise in the past and know from experience the cases from the past are very good. Different company but at least I had seen these types of cases before. I picked out a case and a set of headphones and made my order. Two days later my order still said processing so I tried to call to no avail. So I emailed them asking for a refund no harm no foul. The response I got was my order was on the way and they provided a tracking number for USPS. When I tracked the number I got a message saying a label had been printed but USPS had not received any package. So I emailed them again asking for my money back. Three more days have went by with no replys to my emails and I still get the same message from USPS.

I purchased a phone case a phone case and lens protector. I never received them. When I asked about them, they sais it shipped but there's no movement on the tracking number.
