please order 1 of 5 clothing item fit the others were sent back with proof of postal receipt since May no refund or credit yet email company over 34 times

they respond want to give me much less than what I return cash coupon only, or ignore me for several days or ask to send them the order # which I did several times.

I have sent pictures of what I order what I kept, I sent them proof of postal receipt what I return. as of today no cash coupon, no credit, no refund nothing.

Products ordered over a month ago have not arrived. Tracking shows them sitting in a warehouse in China where it has been since ordered. Requests for reasons and help are met with "thank you for your patients. Here is a 10% discount" when asking for a refund, they claim it has been shipped or they can give a 10% discount be patient. There is no customer service number so you cannot talk to anyone

I generated a request for a refund the same day I received my order which was March 1, 2022 because the shoes I ordered were poorly made. They were 2 times too small and were made of hard material. They were awful. But when I contact customer service, they ask you to give you a 50% refund or a $5 coupon for your next purchase. They continue to do that and procrastinate with all the back-and-forth emails if you don’t give in and then want to blame it on me now for being past 14 days because after 14 days they don’t give refunds. That’s then turns into their excuse for not processing your 100% refund even though I contacted them the first day my order was received.

Order outfits, didn’t get items till weeks after, didn’t fit according to size, tryed to send back, return label was to blurry, company wouldn’t return money, said only had 15 days to return, didn’t even get items till after that. Beware of unethical company. ROBBED me, they will rob you

The clothes were cheaply made and too big. I tried to return the clothes immediately and messaged customer service (it wasn't easy to find the return policy on the website either). Via email I was asked if I wanted money off future orders, I said no, they asked if I wanted 10% off, then 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%. I repeatedly said I only want to return the clothes. This correspondence lasted weeks. Finally they said you have 7 days to return the clothes. I was out of town for 2 weeks at a work co fere ce and couldn't return the clothes until I was home. When I returned home I asked how I could return the clothing and was told the time had lapsed and there was nothing I could do. This company is a SCAM! Not allowing someone to return items is a scam.

This company is a scam. The items we bought were cheap quality. I returned them using flat rate box from posy office. They refused to refund me based on my package did not have the weight on it.
They have the product $305 + I paid my return fees $27 and I have nothing to show for it. Eventhoygh they confirmed receiving the products, they did not issue the credit. They work out of a trucking company in California so they are beyond my small claim. It must be their strategy to scam people out of small amounts to discourage them rom suing.
Stay away from these people. Buy only through reliable websites like Amazon so you don't deal with scanners like this company

I brought about $300 worth of clothes from this company. About one third of the items did not fit me. I contacted their customer service immediately and asked for a refund or an exchange of items. They informed me that I would have to ship the items back to them but their shipping was too high and it was better for me to settle for a portion of the refund I was seeking. I spoke back and forth with these people for weeks. I informed them I did not care about the shipping costs and I wanted to send the items back to get my money back. They refused to give me an address to ship to. Every response came from a different agent. The tone of the emails was completely unprofessional. Some of the items did not look like the image on their website. One item did not even look like it was sized to fit a normal sized adult. I have photos of the items and copies of the email exchange if needed.

ChicMe is a fake site. Do not order from that website. It is a fake company based in China. I ordered three pairs of shoes in the beginning of January and there has still been zero updates. Every time I contact customer service to find out where my items are, they say they were shipped that day. How can it be that they are constantly being shipped on the days I enquire about them? Because it's a scam, that's how! Never, ever order from that company. They will take your money and you will never receive the product.

I made a $128.00 purchase. Everything was poor quality. Not as advertised! Their size chart is not accurate. I ask for a return label & a full refund. They offered me a 10% discount on my next order and refused a return label. How insulting! I cannot believe this company is in business!

On January 3, 2022, at 1 pm I emailed ChicMe about items that were returned and delivered back to ChicMe on 12/22/21 at 11:16 am per my USPS tracking information, in which I sent all the information and photos of proof of returning and being returned and delivered. However, ChicMe wants to continue to ask for more and more proof such as a receipt with the weight of the return package, in which I informed them that the package was sent priority with a set price therefore there was no weight on the receipt and you letting them know over and over again that the package was already in their possession. However, ChicMe is basically refusing to refund my money even though they received their items/property which leads me to believe that this is a regular occurrence of business with them because I had to force them to give me a return address they keep trying to make me keep the items that were too big for me which was the reason for my return. offering me a 10% refund and a 20% refund when I refused. Sending me messages such as "Sorry to keep you waiting, In order to process your return request as soon as possible. Could you provide the receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight of your returns and the tracking number of your return, we could expedite your refund as soon as possible thank you for your understanding. Customer Service Daphne" and "Thanks for providing the returned shipping receipt, But sorry that the receipt you provided has no weight, please provide us with a weighted receipt Thank you for your patience. Customer Service Daphne" And then this was my reply "AS I EXPLAINED IT WAS SENT PRIORITY MAIL, THEREFORE, THERE IS NO WEIGHT IT IS A SET PRICE, EITHER WAY, YOU RECEIVED THE RETURN ITEMS ON 12/22/21 AT 11:16 AM SO I DO SEE WHY THAT IS A FACTOR IN GETTING MY REFUND AND I AM NOT GOING TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU OVER MY REFUND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU BEEN RECEIVED YOU RETURN ITEMS SO LOOK FOR MY COMPLAINT LETTER SOON FROM THE ScamPulse.com AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE FOR THE SHEISTY WAY CHIC ME PREFERS TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR CONSUMERS. This company (ChicMe) is a scam. Products they send are not as advertised by website. It hard to reach customer service. Their return policy on website is very sketchy and you have to get in touch with them first by email, which takes days. They give you totally different addresses for returns. Not only that you are liable for shipping costs even if dissatisfied and you only have 14 days. To top that they don’t refund all money owed.

This company are scammers they shouldn't be allowed to trade atall the quality of the clothes are terrible I ordered 6 dresses for my daughter and they all arrived damaged torn with bleech staines, fraying seems she couldn't wear any of the dress which I paid 100pounds for I contacted the company for assistance via the app and was told to email customer service which I explain to the the issues and showed evidence off all the damages well withing the 14day return period
They the pursued to offer only 10percent I said wasnt good enough they kept offering random percentages back got to thei point after 5 emails back and forth they said they will offer a full refund then they kept going back on their word asking for more pictures and dragging out then they offered 50percent back and said they won't give me a refund as the 14 day return period is over
The purposly done this in order not to give a refund The dresses looked so bad they know exactly what they are doing

They done everything to avoid a giving a refund and kept repeating them self asking for more evidence I sent the 46 pictures in total and they didn't care the kept offering 10percent then 20percent then 30percent then 40percent after telling them that it wasnt good enough atall and how bad their customer service is their policy on thier website said they will give a refund if they are at fault which in ALL the cases Ive read they are always the issue becuase I raised a dispute they offered 50 percent and then told me that I cannot get a refund as its past the 14 day period

THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

ChicMe is an online website that sells clothing. I placed an order with them and never received it. I contacted them regarding the matter only to be sent off with trying to resolve the matter with FedEx. Despite paying for shipping insurance FedEx directed me back to this merchant and stated the merchant had to file the claim which they never did. I have been arguing back and forth with them, and the payment platform, afterpay. I have not received a full refund or a full credit, nor have I received the merchandise. The merchant is unavailable by telephone and vaguely replies by chat every 24 hours. Do not purchase from them reviews online about matters such as this are plentiful or those who receive their merchandise stated that the merchandise was not the same as listed on the website. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WHO MISRRPRESENT THEMSELVES AND TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order from this site and the shoes were in terrible shape. I contacted the company to set up a return and they would respond once than I wouldn’t hear from them again. I went back and forth for a month trying to get an answer and then they told me it was past the 30 days to return. When I told them that I contacted them weeks ago with no response on how to return and that I would escalate further they changed their return policy to 7 days on the site and told me I was way pass the time to return because I didn’t contact them within 7 days. I still have the messages with them admitting it was 30 and that I contacted them within the timeframe.

Please DO NOT purchase anything from Chic New, Chic Me, Online Chic. Any Chic online without verifying if it’s accredited! Thank goodness I did not spend over $100 but I’m still very disappointed I spent anything at all. I will definitely be posting everywhere how illegitimate this company is! They never answer their phone, their chat service doesn’t work and when I did get through, it failed and they ended the conversation (which I kept for my records thank goodness) and they gave me the run around for 3 days so finally I came on here to complain and try to file a complaint against them but looks like they are not accredited. I’m not surprised. Glad I didn’t spend as much as others do but hoping to spread the news and stop others from making the same mistake. I’ll just stick with Amazon or Shein better.

this business is a scam! i ordered shoes from them and when i got them they were horribly cheaply made! nothing how it was advertised. i tried to contact customer service and no one answers the phone or emails back... after further investigating this company is based on china and i think they want to scam people who buy products and make it difficult to return. i found them on instagram

I placed an order on April 15, 2021 and paid $13 extra to have my order in 10 days. Today is May 15, 2021 and my order just got here today. I called them to have a refund of my $13, they said, they dont refund, that i just have to wait for my order. THE PAY EXTRA TO HAVE YOUR ORDER IN 10 DAYS IS A SCAM. DONT DO IT. JUST WAIT 30 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER. AND MATERIAL???? FROM THE DOLLAR STORE.

This company promotes their business via email advertisements, social media platforms and mailing post cards. They pretend to be an online clothing store but ships empty packages. This happened to me a couple of weeks ago and there is no way to contact them
