Placed order on Jun 1, received order confirmation and Canada Post tracking number, advised ship date would be Jun 8. On Jun 19, after no shipment had been made, I contacted [email protected] inquiring about the status of my order and was advised ship date was now Jun 21. I followed up on Jul 6 as tracking was still showing order not shipped and received no response. I followed up again on Jul 14 and received no response. I followed up again on Jul 18 and received an auto-reply that the website domain was changing from .ca to .com and to please try emailing again. I emailed [email protected] and instantly received an auto-reply saying no such account existed. I tried to visit collectionsultra.com but received an error message saying "This store is unavailable." Both collectionsultra.com and collectionsultra.ca no longer exist, and all emails bounce back.
