Has anyone gotten anywhere with compensation? I ordered a chair a year ago and contacted the store to ask where it was. They responded and said Covid shut down delayed shipments. After I still hadn't received it a few months later, I tried contacting them again for refund and never got a response.

I ordered two things from Colourful Best a hammock and also the chair orders numbers were CR0606241 and Cr06184599 have sent several emails to the contact address and have never heard a thing from this company this was ordered back the first part of July. If i'm not going to get the procduck then i want my money back!

I ordered a couple of the swinging hammocks seats for my daughters birthday this year. I ordered in advanced bc her birthday is July 4th, I messaged them several times making sure id have the product in time for her party. I recieved an email stating it was shipped and would be here by her birthday, never recieved it. So I then emailed again several more times stated they ruined her party she was so disappointed and I wanted a refund, they stated a refund would be made but nothing ever was...

I also ordered a swing chair on 7/11/2020 for 29.89 and have never received it. I have contacted them but have received no response to any of them. I put a complaint into the better business bureau website. Hopefully, I'll get a refund but I am not holding my breath!

I ordered 2 inflatable camping beds from this “company” I saw the ad on my Facebook. I have not received any product, refund or correspondence from whomever took my $27.98 from my debit card. I have emailed and asked many times for a refund. The event I ordered the beds for has long since passed and I was extremely disgusted that someone would take advantage of people when the world is in such a strange, scary new place. Order# CRO7055561...I ordered 2 camping chairs for 39.98 on or about July 7, 2020. I have received nothing since then with the exception of the order confirmation on July 7. When I try to go to the web page it's "unavailable". I would have liked the chairs for next year now that it's nearly October, but looks like a REFUND would be my best chance of anything in this matter. Very disappointed that fb would allow this business to benefit from their users...
