I ordered two luxury camping chairs on July 17, 2020-the same day charged to my credit card and as of this date, September 21, 2020, I have neither received the chairs or any other correspondence other than thanking me for my purchase and giving me an order number! I either want the chairs NOW or full refund$31.98 NOW!

In April 27,2020 I ordered 2 pictures for $49.98getting one free picture also. I have sent many, many complaints to no avail. Would certainly like my $49.98 returned to me. What else can I do?

I hate that this happened and how facebook would let a scamming company publish their ad. I ordered back on July 10th has been sending emails and no response. When i click to track my order if shows as page unavailable. Does anyone know what i can do at this point to get back my money of $39.98?

I ordered two camping chairs on July 29, 2020 and received conformation of the order. As of this date, I have not heard from them even after emails to the company. The chairs looked like they would be nice for the money. Will now check with my credit card company.

I know now that they will never come but I really want my money back.

I ordered two camping chairs back in May 2020 and have not received order. I have emailed them 4 times to check status. End of June they replied that the pandemic had paralyzed them and to expect shipment in the week. That has now been 2 months later! I am reporting to my bank also for fraud and hope this terrible company gets caught at their scam!

Ordered two camping chairs for 19.99 each and received confirmation email that they would notify me once shipped. Couple weeks passed and I emailed them and response was given to be patient during COVID shipping was delayed. Since then I’ve emailed three more times with NO response.

I ordered 2 chairs on July 6 and got the conformation email and said would email me when shipped. It is now 8-25-20 and still no email saying that they were ever shipped. I want to know how to get my money back from them.

I was ordered the camp chair since July 24, 2020 but till now I never receive. It's scam bag took my money for 39.98 and I keep email them and didn't answer me back. I went to link so I can check about my ordered but it say went wrong something going on in maintenance. Why did the kind of company let Facebook posted and scam other people? People scammer and took the money! I was traumatized to order in Facebook because of this scam!

I ordered 2 camp chairs on July 10th and received an email update confirming the order, as well as the confirmed credit card charge shortly thereafter. The 'Track Your Order' link does not work and multiple requests for emails have gone unanswered. After researching this company further, I believe that they are fraudulent and I have requested a charge reversal.

I ordered 2 Camping Swinging Chairs in June and have been sending emails to get a status on order. Today I called a number that was posted on another complaint sight for a refund and in doing so followed the instructions by customer service, ending in a complete take over of my computer and its contents. Now my computer is hacked. Needed to reset ALL accounts. Do not deal with any customer service, for this company is a SCAM...

Same story as everyone else on here. Ordered chairs for $39.98 and never received them. When I sent them an email, they said the warehouse was paralyzed because of covid. Chalked up to lesson learned for me. I am going to look into filing a complaint with the District Attorneys office.

I, along with others, apparently, ordered and paid for chairs from this site. It was advertised on Facebook. They took payment immediately and their site said that shipping would be 10-18 business days. Sent a few emails and have had no response. Ordered on June 11, 2020. It is now August 6, 2020. Website has disappeared. I have a confirmation email of my order with an order number.

I did wait until August 3rd, I emailed them again and again nothing back from them.

Purchased 4 of the rocking chairs emailed for where my shipment was after 3 weeks was told company is paralyzed due to COVID and I would receive by end of July now we are into August and I’ve emailed a demand for refund of almost $80 and threat of reporting them with no response .

Order # is CR06143243 for swinging chair and air bed. Order was placed on 6-14-2020. the amount of $33.98 was taken from my account but as of Aug. 1 still have not received items. I no longer see this particular ad from Inovelty.best but lots of other same items but different companies and prices. I would really like the chair but will not order another one because it could be a scam too.

So this company is a scam! I originally ordered from a company called colourful best...colourful best is now shut down!
No way to contact them! They took their shop down but were selling same products with same pricing...I tracked them to intheruby ! I spent 119.00 on chairs and never received them! No way to contact other than email...they do not respond to email! Do NOT order from this company!

Ordered 2 Chairs from them early July. I emailed them and the responded with I will receive my chairs by the end of July. It is now the end of July and surprise no chairs and will not respond to any emails. How can we shut this down so no one else gets scammed. This kind of thing makes me very angry.
