I as well-ordered in Oct and have also constantly heard from a b[censored] name Mary! As I was reading these reviews, off to the side was a contact number… has anyone tried to call it? I'm going to contact my bank and file fraud charges, but there has to be something else as such a large group can do! I'm just as p[censored] as everyone on here because I've gotten the same emails saying the same thing. I'd like to meet Mary and throat punch her if she's real!

Ordered in October....nothing!

I was so excited to get these bean bags for my boys for our new house for Christmas. I thought I was way ahead of the game and ordered in October 2021...today is 1/19/22 and still nothing but emails back from "Mary" or "Julie, Store Owner" saying that it will be shipped out the following week...nothing has ever been shipped. Such a scam...so infuriating that I STILL see these being advertised and I am sure they are still taking orders/people's money.

I ordered on Dec 7 for my Granddaughters bday gift and it was to be direct shipped. I received a confirmation email for my order and have received nothing since. I want a full refund and a chance to kick some Mary lady's behind for being a crook. This is infuriating and disgusting.some people suck!

I ordered my comfy bean bag on 12/7/21 and I’ve never received a tracking number or an email about when it’ll be shipped. After 9 days I messaged the comfy cozy bean bag support and after a few days gave me a bs response saying they went viral on tiktok and are backed up on orders. She also said they’ll be shipped out the following week. I never heard anything back so beware. The Mary lady and the comfy bean “company” are scamming people left and right, this is ridiculous so beware

I am beyond aggravated that this was a scam. I legit thought this was going to be an amazing Christmas gift. haha boy was I wrong. Mary had given me the run around for two months now. I ordered 11/28 and its 1/18/2022. I have filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back. I never received my order confirmation, tracking number or anything. I read a review somewhere that someone received their order but it was filled with liter junk! Like I thought this was going to be amazing since its wayyyyy cheaper than Love-sac, but it looks like I am gonna have to look into one. Stay away!

Move from Nevada to Wyoming we had purchased a home we had thought moved here the day before we got here we found out the people did not own the home we we finally get into our new home in Wyoming after 4 months I ordered 2 big bag chairs from country confibeams I did a statement stating that they took it out of my credit card and on December 1st it is now January 16th No beanbag go figure scammed again

Comfy bean chair purchased and never received

I purchased from comfybean.com a extra large bean bag chair. I never received it. When you try to go to the web page I get an error. So not only did I lose my mom but had a disappointed family member. Because they was my fight to them for Christmas. I can’t even find away to get my money back.

Jumbo Bean Bag

Ordered from this company on 11/15/2021 off a facebook ad. Transaction went smoothly at first. Received verification of order with receipt and order #. Ad said delivery in 2 weeks. Did not received anything foe one month. On 12/11/2021 I sent a request for delivery information to email [email protected]. I received no response. On 12/13/2021 I sent another information request to [email protected]. I was not sure if this was the same company or not but the ad look the same. I included your order number. They responded it was on backorder and a law orders would be shipped out the following week. So I assumed it was the same company. For hearing nothing else on 12/31/2021 I sent another information request to the first email. Again no response. Today is 1/13/2022 and I have yet to anymore from either email.

Buyer beware

Ordered and paid for the comfy bean on 12/8/21 and received a receipt and consultation email of $59.99. Still haven’t received the item and have had zero communication. The real kicker Is when I click the original website to try to look into it now it takes you to an error screen that says “something went wrong” and “this store is unavailable” so there’s no way to do anything about it at this point other than dispute your charges.

I ordered in Dec 2021... Got an email with confirmation number and heard nothing since ..I emailed them a few times and nothing. I tried getting back on there website and it no longer exists. Hopefully they get reported and fined. Lesson learned I guess.

My mother god bless her purchased one of these just before she passed unaware i found her emails as she had sent over 6 emails requesting an update on arrival loved my mum but she was guttered in her last email lost $90.00AUS dollars honestly i do not know how these people can continue to get on facebook and do this to people Hope they all rot
