Ordered a bean bag on Nov 26th, here it is Christmas Eve and still haven't received the item. I emailed them got an email and said due to them going viral they are on back order but would ship the following week, still nothing. Tried to email again ns my emails will no longer go through. In the process if disputing the charge to my card!

Placed an order for 3 large bean bags for a total of 177USD. I received a confirmation email from [email protected]. However, I never received a follow-up email with a tracking number as told nor did I receive the product. I ordered on December 7th. It is now December 23rd. I emailed customer service and received no response. My bank will not refund as it is an authorized transaction and a "merchant dispute." None of the contact information works.

I ordered a comfy bean bag on December 12. I got a order number and a response saying it would be shipped ASAP. Then I got another email saying it would be delayed due to going viral on tictok and delivery would be delayed. The person who emailed is named Mary. Still nothing.

Advertises product for sale- Says they will send you the tracking number after payment received when the order is shipped. I ordered on 12/6, 2 chairs...never received any tracking numbers. I called the 800# with no answer...it doesn't ring just goes to a busy signal. I have emailed their support email and gmail with no response. Now I am disputing Goldman Sachs Card. I am so grateful that my credit card company has this option and that others have disputed this company also so I will get my money back- BUYER DONT BUY HERE!

Purchased a 81 x 81 bean bag for $59 online. Received an email confirming the purchase. I have emailed them several times and have received no answer from them. I also tried to call the number and it rang busy three times and hung up. There are several other who have been scammed by them also (SabiReviews on FB).

Received an email confirmation on 12/7/21 from [email protected], indicating my order was preparing to be shipped, and I would be notified when the shipping has been updated.12/20/21 and no updates. Reporting to Amex now. Shame on me for not checking reviews before purchasing..

I ordered 3 bean bags last Saturday. They were each $49. I just finally found time to look through my emails again, and realized that although the money was taken out of my account immediately, I still have yet to have received even an order confirmation. I'm in the process of disputing the claim with my bank.

Ordered (2) bean bags. Got email confirmation almost immediately. Said it would ship in 5-7 days. Been over 2 weeks and no more communication. A friend of mine received her “bean bag” from them. It was just a bunch of shipping peanuts with a cover to something else. Call them and all you get is a fast busy signal! Total scam!

When I wanted to check the status of my order with the website address provided, the message I got was that the page can not be found. I am requesting either a refund or the product I paid for.

I ordered this product Dec 8; it’s now the 18 and cannot find any tracking or emails about it as it said I would. I even screenshot the receipt for this exact reason.

I ordered 2 beanbags on 12/6. I have not received them. The phone number on their website does not work. However, I did get two emails with order numbers that said they would let me know when my packages shipped. I still haven't gotten any information about my packages shipping so I emailed and got a response that they were on backlog but would be shipping additional orders next week. I hate to order two more if those are really coming but all these complaints make me think there's no chance they are really coming.

I placed an order for a large beanbag for $59 following a Facebook ad over three weeks ago. After a week, I sent a message through their online customer service messaging app, asking for a tracking number. I never received a response. I sent at least 4 additional messages, and still haven't received a reply. Initially, they didn't even have a contact number on the site, but I just noticed that they added a contact number, but every time you call, it gives a busy signal and disconnects. I also noticed that they've started advertising under different Facebook names, including the Lazy Bean, the Cozy Bean, and other weird spelling names. I've taken screenshots of them all and have tried to report them through Facebook's fraud system, but it doesn't appear to be working. When you comment on their ad, they delete complaints, and block you from commenting. I've requested a refund from my bank. I'm about to report them and Facebook to the FTC.

I purchased a beanbag chair for $59 Free Shipping on Nov 9th. I was charged. Received an email from them (in pics) on Dec 5th. Emailed them back last week asking for tracking or eta and haven't heard a thing. Their name is listed as both comfybean AND cozybean.
Pretty sure this is a SCAM!

I placed an order for 2 bean bags for a total of $108 on 11/24. I have called the number listed on jumbobean.com and attempted to contact via FB message. I have emailed the company and received a response that my order will be shipped next week two weeks ago. From what I see others have also received this email response and no items. I should have known the price was too good to be truth.
