Scammed used three alias to make 11 withdrawals claiming membership, subscriptions and gift cards, none of which were solicited or received in any way. Refuses to refund the stolen money.

The ad said the pans (Le Cruset) we're free with a $7.95 shipping charge. Five days later, I was billed for additional $68.89 and I haven't received anything. I can't contact anyone as they have no info listed. This is criminal!

On Facebook there was an ad to receive a free pan/cookware. You have to pay for shipping. (They used Gordon Ramsey in the ad). I was charged $5.95 for shipping cost, then $79.95. for a membership fee. Next month a different company (same customer service) $39.95 2 months in a row for another membership & when I called it was the same customer service person. She told me they are call center for several companies. It’s a scam, just a different charge each month and different members fee. I’ve never received any cookware. And never signed up for any memberships.

Sweepstakes for cookware, shipping and handling of $6.95, then bank card is charged $68.89 in July and another $68.89 in August

Apparently ive purchased tacticle gear...

I have charges made to my card in the amount of $67.32 each month since December 2022. The only people Ive been able to reach regarding this are those of a 3rd party supporting the company - they have given me the run around and took talking to 3 different people before anyone would give me any kind of contact information so I can get help getting this straightened out. I was told they had to email for "permission" to tell me name of the company and who I can contact. They did not offer a refund whatsoever and said they can only cancel any future charges from occurring. When I reached out using the information they provided, both email and phone numbers are invalid.

Exactly like other complaints listed here, this unscrupulous disgusting company scammed my 87 year old relative with an offer of receiving a $350 item for a $5.99 sign up.

What they failed to mention was that her card would be charged for $67.54 AND $40 every SINGLE MONTH thereafter.

The poor lady did have her card charged for 5 months till I stepped in. The enslaved customer service department of the company offered a refund back for 3 months!
I cannot understand how on earth these sort of scam artists are allowed to continue process!

how did you get refunded? All contact information Im given comes back invalid

I was playing a game on Facebook and got a mid-game ad which sady made me trust it more. I am usually more careful about stuff like this, but I thought they were legit. Anyway, I got the Dewalt Drill Set where you just pay the shipping for $6.99. This was on June 8. On June 13, we got charged the $67.32 which I see is the same amount others have been charged, but it was under the name "8552153984MUSICREMARKA 8552153984 NV". We have disputed the charge, and cancelled the card.

Saw an ad on Facebook, $2.99 perfume liquidating Christian Dior Jador Perfume.
Entered all my credentials, including (E debit Card information). Clicked continue, the whole page disappeared. Page pops up to spin a wheel , so I spin the wheel. Same Perfume pops up!
Next, I checked my email, it says I have a coupon for $200.00 off some Electronics. But the product shown was $169.00 on a website called
" Consumer Direct Electronics.
That's when I realized 😳
Even though I only lost about $8.00 . Now a week passes and my Tremendous E Visa Card, they tried to charge me $68.00 for what I don't know 😕
Luckily I used most of the cash on the card when I realized I was scammed. So their transaction wasn't approved. The financial service they used to charge my debit card was a Company called " Express Garden Green " So this is much bigger part of scamming.
I wonder if these companies are aware that their brands, Company names are being used for illicit purposes 🤔
Now every link I've used to contact, or locate them is either forbidden and blocked.
Good thing I didn't give my Bank account info.
I hope these scammers surely pay for all the people they ripped off! I hope they catch them 🙏

I'm an ACE Hardware member in my local community and received an email for being a loyal customer and would receive a free Dewalt heater and only pay the $7.95 shipping.
I was skeptical but it was from ACE Hardware. ! The $7.95 was charged to my account and a week later $68.86 was charged to my account for Gardenconsis and again another $68.86 was charged from Gardenconsis today. I contact my banks froud department and they gave me a phone number to this Gardenconsis, I called and the same story as mentiong in several other complaints. I'm pretty certain that ACE Hardware would like to know how their
name is being used for this scam.
I'll contact them along with the BBB.

My wife got suckered with a free smart watch offer, just pay shipping, but they would not take her Discover card so I supplied my MasterCard - even though my spider sense was saying "Danger". In addition to the $5.80 shipping there was also a $6.49 charge that turned out to be for a protection plan that I don't remember accepting. Still, not too bad if the smart watch is at all functional. Today, another charge from the same place for $86.31 was made, and my card company flagged it and sent me a text. With a phone number from the card posting, we called them and discussed the matter. The "subscription" to a monthly gift card, to be used on their site, was cancelled going forward, but the current charges are already firm (or words to that effect). Have not yet disputed it with my card co. Going to the original scam site, I found all the dirty business in the linked Terms And Conditions (which usually is just blah-blah that almost nobody reads). That is where the subscription is described. Also, it has various sections that claim you are giving up any sort of consumer rights that you, or they, can think of. Of special interest is a binding arbitration clause to be done in Cyprus of all places. It seems likely that the rules there are not friendly to consumers, even if the company does not have a "special" relationship with the authorities there, which is quite likely. Lots of luck getting much satisfaction from these guys. The offered partial refund could make the smart watch only slightly over priced - IF it actually arrives. Will not be holding my breath on that.

Paid $6.95 for shipping of "free" ipods. Then a week later there's a charge of $68.89 for a "membership", to what, I have no idea. Called number listed on charge and they discontinued the membership and said to go to the website: consumerdirectsavings.com which doesn't exist. Feeling pissed off and ripped off,

Paid 5 dollars for a computer on a totally different site this company took 67.38 off my pay card said that they will give me a refund of 70% which is 47.12 very have been ripped off from this company without my concent.

They now take 68.89 a month. Same thing everyone else is saying. I paid 6.95 for something I thought I was gonna get. Never received. Charges started coming out of my card. She told me she could give me 30% back. I told her I want it all back. She also said that I was sent a gift card in email...for what?! I didn't get that either.l Going to try to get a hold of my card to dispute but I really don't see it happening. This company is STILL doing this to people! Why haven't they been shut down? That is money from my Social Security check that I cannot afford.

Came across a legit looking ad on Facebook, signing up to be a reviewer for tools. First tool was gift of Dewalt Drill paying shipping of 6.95. Never charged the shipping but hit for 67.32. Intended to call bank but honestly forgot. Then on 4/5 exactly one month later hit for 67.32 again. Called and was told it was Optimal Solutions working for Consumer Direct Savings. I loudly explained I had never signed up for anything or agreed to a membership. Was given the same KC021 cancellation code everyone else gets but wasn’t offered any refund. She said that she would request it and then call me back within 24 hours to advise me whether or not it was approved. I am also going to be contacting an attorney that specializes in class action, if anyone wants to join me in this feel free to contact me by email at [email protected] (yes it is a real email address).

Same thing happened to me. However, I don't recall any kind of initial purchase or acceptance of anything, but there was a $4.47 charge to my Sam's Club card. Then, for 3 months, I was hit with the same $67.32! I didn't realize it until the 4th month - my bad! I contacted the number and got the same cancellation code of KC021. I filed fraud proceedings with Synchrony, who manages Sam's Club credit. I'm hoping to get some positive action from them. but I'm kicking my own but for not keeping an eye on my transactions for this specific card!

There is a ad where you pay 7.95 to get a pallet. After you make the first payment it said congratulations you won. A week went by I didn't get anything, so I called the number the lady tell me it was a raffle. Then two months later this company took 39.95 from my credit card. When I called she gave me the run around about my money stating she had to pull the original call from the merchant. Then claim she could only give 50 percent of my money back and it would take 10 business days.

There was supposed to be no strings attached, tactical bag advertisement I came across.
I was initially charged 5.74 and then two months in a row $67.32… and like other consumers have reported, first she offered a 35% discount or refund of total charges then she offered me 50% refund of total charges…. I then stated I wanted her company name direct number and her first and last name so I could give that info to my lawyer, she talked to her manager and was back very quickly with a full refund. 100% scam

A 'free tactical backpack' was advertised as available, charging only $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was subsequently charged $67.32

I'm disputing this charge, and have canceled my card. I've reported it to the credit union as a fraudulent charge. I discovered the phone number through various Better Business Bureau reports, from many who had a similar experience

The agent who answered my call explained this was a fee for 'store membership' that she insisted was explained in 'terms and conditions' I was alleged to have accepted in ordering a backpack advertised as free with no strings attached

This to me seems a fraudulent and unethical business practice, in likely violation of truth in advertising laws

The receptionist initially said she would refund me 35% of the fee. Then 50%. Then, with my voicing my continued dissatisfaction, the full amount. I shall continue disputing this charge with my credit union.

I do not trust them

Found ad on Facebook. Seemed legit. I won the drawing for a Cutlery Set for 2.95, The charged my card 5.95. I should of checked here first. But, I did check right after and saw all of the complaints of a scam! I locked my card so no more charges can be debited. This is horrible and it seems that they can't stop these types of scam artists.

I received a email from Walmart that I was a winner of a cookware, and I supposed to take a survey and maximize a change to win. I did the survey and at the end the congratulated me and asked me to fill my bank information for a shipping which I payed $6.95 from Majorfitapparelinspira. The same day I realized that was not a trusted company I did call my bank and ask them to distribute it and they could not do it. After 5 days I saw a $68.99 pending from the same people I did call my bank and distributed the account and the gave me their phone number. I call them and aid they were consumer direct serving store and the lady was not clear on was she was explaining me. I asked her to cancel the subscription that she did and send me KCO21

I received a charge on my credit card bill for $5.74 I called my credit card to find out what it was for. They gave me the phone number 855859 9626. I called the company and spoke with khadisha She said I ordered a backpack. Even gave me the order number. That was on February 12th. February 17th I received a charge for $67.32 from the same company. Exclusive gadget advan. I called the same number I called the other day they said that I purchased a subscription and it was non refundable. They told me that I purchase said subscription on consumer direct savings.com. When I try to look this website up it does not exist. I spoke with Kaye at exclusive gadget advan And she gave me a cancelation number so I would not be charged for a subscription the following month. Every time I tried to ask what the subscription was for K would start talking over me so I could not understand anything that was going on. I never did find out what the subscription is for or how they got my credit card number or what I actually purchased. I then had to call my bank to dispute the charge hopefully they can get this taken care.

It's the same people that got me on the free smartwatch! They got almost 400$ over 3 months time. I'm still fighting with them on my refunds!
