They strung me along for an hour on their live chat and transferred me to a different department through the live chat once. I told them at least 10 times that someone stole my name and email to create an account, I got 2 emails this afternoon about a “order” for internet in a different state that was processed for tomorrow. They assured me they would cancel the order and even cancel the account. They continued stringing me along even when I didn’t provide extra information and after I told them 10+ times my information was misused and stolen. After an hour, they then kept trying to get me to fill out a form via link in the chat as the “only” way to cancel. The form asked for unnecessary person information such as my SSN and other personal details. I of course did not fill it out and exited the chat. I forgot to copy the link for the form for proof unfortunately.
