I will help you file a complaint to shut this lady down

DO NOT PAY JEANNIE!

I gave her 3 weeks to return my money because she had not delivered the CPN package promised, she did not do the apartment package because there was no CPN to use. She claimed the CPN would come with a 750+ credit score and that never happened.

For credit repair I paid her for myself and for one of my clients, she sent me a file for me, nothing for my client, and inside the file for me no disputes had ever been sent out after a month.

When I requested a refund she claimed I needed to wait for her to get paid from her job, then she was having family emergencies and that her grandson had to keep going to the hospital, then she asked me to give her 3 more days. I never followed up again because obviously this lady does not care about her business or servicing clients.

She sends emails on top of emails. If she has taken any of your money please join me by sending a complaint to the following:

Jeannie Kerns has been sending tons of deals on packages. I worked with her in the past. She wasn't the best then, but this version is just evil. I requested information from an email, I told her my situation and need with urgent. She stated she could have it available within a week. After paying almost $300. I immediately received no more communication. I should have suspected something when she asked me to send her a text. We never communicated before via text. It's sad that she has to result to these measures.

Jeannie is a complete fraud. I should’ve looked up reviews and complaints before sending her $150. She was to add a tradeline but never did anything and she kept giving me the run around and stating she would get back to me and now we’re 4 months into it, I requested a refund and she blocked me from contacting her. Save your money, she’s a total scammer and luckily I believe in karma so she’ll get what’s coming to her

Jeanne is a liar, all the reviews on this screen are absolutely correct. I have lost over $2000.00 with her in the past and currently. She likes to say you are being aggressive and rude when you ask her questions as a distraction. This is her scamming mechanism... DO NOT WORK OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HER

I'm a broker and she's scammed me and my clients out of thousands. Replies and keeps saying she's going to deliver and never does, causing me to have to give refunds after she's been paid and leading on for months. She's been at this for years, I thought she had changed so I took another chance on her, big mistake. Definitely a scammer and finesser I can't see how she sleeps at night. Attached $1400 of zelle

Be prepared to simply GIVE your money away and get NOTHING in return. She's very communicative until you make your payment and then you'll get a few replies "I'll take care of it today, love" and "It'll be done by the end of the week", but then nothing ever happens. I lost $200 with this SCAMMER; I hope other people don't fall for it.

She runs multiple promotions at one time and then comes up with a multitude of excuses as to why she hasn’t had time to complete the job that you paid her for. I was quoted 45- 60 days for credit repair and not one dispute letter was sent from her end . I showed her that the last disputes on my credit reports were from months prior to entrusting her and she stops replying until I tell her that I am reporting her for fraud. According to her she’s been sick with strep for the last 63 days.

The name of the owner is Jeanne Marie Lempereur which I'm guessing a fake name. She poses herself and company

as a financial business and credit repair but she doing the opposite. She claims she can help you fix your credit

but all she doing is stealing people's money. She scammed me out $150.00 for service which she never provided.

I called, texted and she keeps saying she'll get back to me in an 1 hour on many occasions but never returned the call.

do not send her any money especially through zelle cause you will never get your money back.

Jeannie Kerns is an entire Scam!!!! Please beware she will promise credit repair, building business credit, adding tradelines etc and she will not add tradelines or credit repair. Please save your money if you do not want to be frauded. This is defitnitely a scam. Nothing more to say other than i lost 500.00 to an online scam. hopeing this will save someone elses money. Also please review the ripoff report for more scam revies on this company called Financial Freedom made Simple. Good luck with your credit ;)
