Item never arrived
No response from customer service until this..
Do not buy from them
The customer service is non-existent. They have a phone number but it's a disconnected number that hangs up on you after 1 or 2 rings. Any emails are never going to be responded to. I tried a dozen times to return my package over a several-week period (I even emailed their parent company, Digisect Investments, and never received a response).
I ordered a pannier rack from them for my specific bike size. Once it arrived I learned it didn't fit my bike at all. I was advised by my bank to refuse the package (DO NOT DO THIS) and send it back. Through weeks and weeks of dealing with the investigation team, I did not even receive a refund because I couldn't prove my package made it back to CyclingKinetics.
Advice:
1. Avoid this company if possible. The products on their website all state that they are specifically made for your bike. They're not. The drop-down menus for selecting your bike don't actually change which product you're getting.
2. Hold onto the package once you get it. Use it as evidence to prove that you got a bad product.
