DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A WARRANTY UNDER THIS COMPANY

They called and convinced me to sign up for their warranty. I gave them all information on my vehicle and they painted a really pretty picture of all of their services.
Once you have a problem, they do not care, they will not return your phone calls and ignores the dealership service advisors. Told me that they could not covered a transmission issue on an infinity QX60 because the repair exceeds the book value.
"According to JD Power" your 2016 Infinity with under 100K is only worth 1500.00
This place is a joke and someone should shut this back yard warranty company down FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Told me I wasn't covered so I ask them to cancel my policy I then called the writer of the policy was told they are the only one that can cancel the policy from Trinity Insurance Services, Inc. they call dealer loyalty and said I was covered got a call the next from Shawn at dealer loyalty telling me he was wrong and it was covered they sent out inspector couple days later then got a call saying my policy was canceled because when I was told it would not be covered I told them to cancel the policy I believe they did not want to do the payout so they cancel the policy by giving me false information they lied to me so I would cancel my policy

They tried to sell you false information on how your warranty is expired which they have no idea what car I even have. Then they pressure you into purchasing a program giving you as little information as possible This is beyond illegal. I really help a lawyer picks up this case and sues the hecka out of them to reimburse ppl that got their money taken away.

The robo dialing is an everyday thing here folks. We need to get them to stop. How would they like to be called all day and night. This should be illegal! I have files with the FTC and they said they know already about these jokesters. I gave them there name and they are on the list.

they are lying to get ppl to sign up for non-sense money-grabbing scams. this is a golden opp for blood-sucking lawyers to sue the heck out of them. if anyone finds out a case, get everyone here included.

They also said it has too many miles...They knew how many miles I had and how old my car was when I purchased my warranty from dealer loyaty protection. Im beyond furious! I recommend anyone and everyone to stay clear from this shady company!

For 6 months, I receive lettres and MANY ghosted phone numbers asking me to place auto warrentee on a 2016 BMW. I have NEVER asked Dealer Loyalty Protection for any coverage or questions. I am getting 8-10 calls per week (from local ghosted numbers) and one posted lettre a month. I have verbally asked to be removed and still the harrassment continues. I AM BILLED PER MINUITE ON MY MOBILE AND ITS COSTING ME MONEY!

My number is on the DNC list and somehow this company refuses to stop calling me. Robot dialing every single day multiple times. So sick of this! I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. Who do I contact in order for these bums to stop calling me ? This is so frustrating!

This company is a scam.

When its time to file a claim they will say its pre existing. Funny how they robo dial you like crazy but never answer nor respond when the ball is in their court. Pure scam. Wish I knew before. Beware of this company. You will have to wait more than 4 months just to get a call back and then get denied on your claim.

What ended up happening in the end? I’m dealing with the same issue now. They are saying it’s pre-existing and it’s not. They won’t answer any calls or emails and it’s been weeks. I will never buy any warranties from this crappie company again.

I received a call from one company and then minutes later get a call from this company ...when I asked them if this was the company I had just purchased a policy with, The man on the phone said Yes then transferred me and tried to sell me a cheaper policy and somehow they knew everything about the previous policy I had just purchased. There must be a data leak or they are somehow able to access another companies information. I would never do business with a company who called me right after another and try to under sell. These guys are a scam.

The scammer called me to notify me that they were contacted by my dealership to offer a car warranty extension to cover mechanical and electrical issues for the car. The extension policy was to cover bumper to bumper, was a great deal and according to how old my car was would save me money. The policy was ~$3K for 3 years paid in monthly installments with no deductible or services and the offer was only for this day - I could make a deposit which would be refundable up to 30 days. I signed up, received a shady sample contract via email and consulted with my dealership the next day that said it was a scam, when I called to cancel the policy I was on hold for over 20 minutes and was told that I would get my deposit back minus $75 which was the fee. Currently the transaction is pending on my credit card and I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. I also feel like my personal information was taken and do not feel comfortable and will be changing my passwords and cancelling my credit card.
