Also, when the items don’t work and you try to find out how to return them, they do not give you an option to return although on their website it is 100% returnable.
I also found the items for $20 and not $60 (which is what they charged on Facebook) on Amazon and went back-and-forth and they gave me a 20% off discount because it’s the same exact product from the same company. Leaving me spending $48 the quality is terrible and the sizing is way off. I have reached out 3 times to get the information needed to return and they will not give me an address in China to return them to because there is really indeed to return policy. Going online, I can see that this company is a complete scam going on facebook and touting themselves as being a reputable, Italian shoe company
