In February of 2020 , I ordered a dress from this company via a Facebook ad. I never received it and the person I was emailing ghosted me. My package is in perpetual update mode. It was a $60 dress, and I wanted my money back.

I ordered $127.00 worth of merchandise on March 25, 2021. As of this day, I've NEVER received the item I paid for in full. I've email them several times and NO response. How can I contact this company? They will never get my hard earned cash again. PLEASE don't order from this site...Im seeking legal charges against this company.

I ordered all of my birthday outfits from this site and it took 2 months to receive my order. None of what I received looks like what I ordered. I didn’t know it was coming from China and this is the worst defective clothing I have ever seen. Do not waste your time time or money. Highly disappointed

I ordered my outfit a month ago and got back some hot mess this is a scam I throw away all my money they told me they will give me 5 dollars for my inconvenience so when I asked for a return label they said it will be to expensive to send back from China and that’s when they offered me the 5 dollars the material is garbage I was so mad I throw it away so please save your money cause they don’t care

This is the WORST company ever! I returned the items I purchased ($279.17 worth of clothing), in October of LAST year. I have YET to get my money back. They keep emailing me stating they will refund me in 24 hours, and I haven’t received my money yet. I’m currently speaking with someone so I can file a lawsuit. The reason I returned the clothes, everything was wet with a mildew smell. The jacket even had small mold spots on it. I was highly disappointed. And the items looked NOTHING like the pictures online. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I will get my refund one way or another. Stop emailing me about getting my money back in 24 hours & actually give me my damn money back!

I ordered a purple camo jogger set on March 24, finally April 16th, it shows up, or so I thought. I opened the package only to find a GREEN camo jogger set! I contact them only to be told after they asked for a picture, that I'd have to send it back to their warehouse at my expense and that it's expensive. Then they insult me even more by offering me 5 dollars as compensation! THEN, I was told that the colors may vary and the picture is just for reference! Yes! it is for reference, so we know what we're ordering! I waited all this time for the purple camo only to be disappointed with this ugly green one. They have since removed it from their website. You would think they were a black owned company but they really are just scammers that care nothing about satisfying their customers.

I just received my order today 4/2/2021 that I ordered 2/25/2021 for the below item shown in the photos attached which is the side zippper shape wear. The item I received isn’t the same. First the garment is cut square so it doesn’t flow with the contour of the body. Secondly, lace piece at the bottom of the garment shown in the picture is missing and the bottom of the shape wear is sewn in such a way that the unit won’t lay flush with the skin and will roll up on the thigh. Lastly the back butt part isn’t the same material so it doesn’t perform like seen in the below picture. Had any of this been remotely close to what was pictured I would have kept it but this is so far off the mark and to top it off I had to wait several weeks to get the wrong product because this is not what is in the picture! Can you email a return label as this product isn’t the correct item and it is a poorly constructed replica of the original piece. shame on whoever chose to pass this product off as the original piece. I will most definitely share this experience with the consumer, the narrative of the experience can be swayed depending on how you handle this situation. I’m so disappointed right now.

My response

With all due respect I spent $40 plus dollars on this item and your $5 credit is insulting to say the least. I’d like a full refund. This item will not and does not shape the body due to it not being constructed properly.

If you don't accept the compensation, you can contact with your post office to return the product to our Chinese factory by address below.
When we get your parcel back, we will issue the full refund for you.

If your returned parcel is missing on the way, and we don't receive it successfully.
So sorry that we can't refund you finally.
We just let you know the risk of returned parcel.

I spent $70 on products from this site. I asked for a tracking number and was told that they needed 2-3 business days to ship and shipping would take 7-14 business days. At day eleven of waiting for a shipment and tracking number, I asked for a refund. At 8:37 tonight, I received this email.

I placed an order with this company twice...My 1st order came and took longer than the 14 days which was fine. The day I got my 1st Jan 10th...I placed a 2nd order.. the money was taken out on Jan 12th...and I still haven't received any items. They send this tracking stating its in Atlanta which is over 600 miles from where I live...its been supposedly sitting there since Feb 2nd...still nothing...I didn't know this company was from China cause I wouldve never ordered from them...I think it should be something to protect customers from ordering unless known where company is located...I don't usually complain..but this is really unacceptable for a company to take this long as well as not get back with trying to resolve the issue. I will be disputing all charges and will never order from this company again. I will also make others aware that they are a company that does not stand behind their shipping time nor being honest to tell people they aren't in the USA

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order from this company. This is a China based company that uses African-American models to promote products. I ordered the Level Up jogging suit. I received a size smaller than ordered and it was not as pictured. The jacket doesn't have cold shoulders or buttons, and the pants are flared vs. fitted, as shown. I've contacted the customer service email address, but no response. Everytime I write a bad review on the website it is taken down. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on September 16th 2020 and waited for the allotted time for shipping I was sent a tracking number and tracked my order as it went straight through Philadelphia where I am located to Nj which I was told by the person running the company that they had reordered from a facility in NJ because they didn't have what I ordered in their overseas facilities this was October 14th 2020. I purchased shapewear they were advertising in a video. I didn't know this was coming from China until AFTER I saw my statement. The website is very misleading.I receive something completely different than the advertised items. There were no fasteners on the front, there were no wide straps at the top or the wide covering on the back. I emailed them complaining that the item received was not the one being advertised. The response was,yes it is and this is a new style. I requested a refund. They agreed to $20 of $62.** I paid. This escalated to PayPal where I was told to ship the item back and they would refund my money once a confirmation of receiving the item has been sent. It's been almost a month since I've returned the items and nothing yet.

First of all the descriptions of the outfit is a lie from what I received. It’s no “combined our signature seamless technology with scrunch detailing as well as ribbed texturing on both the waistline and extending down each arm” I received a cheap slick custom material and it is very badly put together. The mess you sent me isn’t the same as the description nor the picture. When I called to complain they wanted me to send pictures of something they already know is crap. It’s no 10% starch, it’s no scrunch detailing, it’s no ribbed texture. This is a total scam the outfit looks like a cheap Halloween costume. Very ugly!
