I order from Diva New Look on a lil before 5/8/20. On 5/28/20 they said my shipping was on its way. On today 6/26/20 I ha e yet to receive my order. I emailed on yesterday asking about my order and can I get a refund. They emailed me back and said that I can not get a refund because my order has been shipped and sent me the shipping information that had the order being shipped on 5/28/20.
I’m duh I know that I want my order or my refund. Don’t order from they they are a fraud they took my money and did not give me my product.

Total rip off! And they blocked my comments because it wasn’t favorable! Cheap and defective. When I asked for a refund or exchange they wanted $19 MORE to send another instead filing claim with PayPal! DO NOT BUY CHEAP KNOCKOFF deceptive marketing

Everything I ordered was crap. Nothing like what was advertised. When I emailed customer service for a refund, I was offered 25 dollars to keep their crap. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so I will be going through PayPal for a refund. I too left negative feedback on their Facebook page and it was removed. I also reported that it was a scam page.

I ordered a dress on 1 April; I haven't received the dress it is now May 27, 2020. I've contacted this company multiple times via email asking for a tracking number and shipping company information. This company has yet to provide this information I will be contacting my bank and reporting this company for fraud.

The initial ad on social media said this company ships from the United States so I did not realize this was a Chinese company. There were very few negative reviews & the website seems reputable so I placed an order on divanewlook.com. I received the package nearly a month later; however, the 3 items inside were nowhere near what was advertised. The website clearly misrepresents the products being sold. The items were of poor quality & the wrong colors. I chalked 2 of them up to a loss, but one was especially egregious. I contacted customer service through their email & was told they would only send me an identical dress as compensation. In order to receive the new dress, they required an additional payment of $19. I refused that offer & again requested a refund or exchange for a different item. I was offered less than half the purchase price ($15) as a refund. I have left honest reviews & pictures of my purchase on the site & they repeatedly delete them. I just want the $40 back for this dress & I will never make the mistake of ordering from them again!

I ordered the red tutu skirt (only color available and advertised). I got a very pink tutu skirt which did not match the jacket I ordered to go with it. Then was told I was sent the right skirt in very broken English!

This website uses videos from other people/businesses/designers and pics on their website to solicit clothing.

I witnessed a popular social media persona's pic in a fashion nova outfit on this website.

They used her pic without consent and claimed the outfit as their own product

This isnt the first time and if you comment on their fb they delete your comments and people don't realize that yes the website works but the pics you see are not the finished product you will get.
