We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8am and 4pm at either your home or your place of employment. We'll be making only 2 attempts to deliver these documents which will require a signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve, which will result in the pending matter to proceed further without your consent. I received a message on my phone from Document Delivery Service saying- This message is solely intended for you. I am calling on behalf of document delivery services. They have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8AM-4PM at either your home or place of employment. We'll be making 2 attempts to deliver these documents, which will require signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver it will be classified as a failed action to server. Left a telephone voicemail claiming to be from a document delivery service that has been retained to deliver legal documents to my home or employer between 8am and 4pm. They had a file number, but no company name and when I searched the phone numbers they are not attached to any company.

They sent the described text tomy daughters cell phone sending her into a panic , she contacted me , i searched number and saw it was a scam . Told her not to reply or communicate with them at all , and i did the same .

My spouse received a voice mail recording from an unidentified caller claiming to be calling on behalf of "Document Delivery Service" regarding an unspecified "pending legal matter." The caller claimed that there would be two attempts to serve my spouse with legal documents requiring my spouse's signature either at our home or at my spouse's place of employment between noon and 4:00 p.m. today. The caller stated further that if my spouse had any questions my spouse should call (833) 925-3876 and reference a "file number" that the caller provided. The caller also stated that the call was "being logged" and if, after two attempts, service had not been made, the alleged legal matter would proceed without my spouse's consent and to my spouse's disadvantage. We do not plan to contact "Document Delivery Servcice."

Ce Cee of Document Delivery Services call my cell phone and said she is making sure I'm home to serve me papers. Then CeCe said she can't tell me what it's in reference to and said she have a claim number and to call Kirklin Law Group 18776810721 and give them the claim number and they can tell me what's it for. I told CeCe of Document Delivery Services I'm unaware of this matter and I'm not signing or accepting anything until she tell me what's it about. She told me to call the law firm and hang up.

got a call from this number, they don't have a website and cant find them online by doing a google search. They called my WORK looking for me. Told me they needed to verify my home address so serve me civil law suit papers. When i asked for what they said that they did not know divorce or child support. The gave me a 877 number to call and get that information. Once i called the 877 number they gave me other information and tried getting me to pay $500 for what they said was a old account they where rude and aggressive and told me i was not able to verify that i owed this money and that once i got off the phone i would loose my chance to pay.

Received calls from Sally at Document Delivery Service (10/03,10/15) stating that she was trying to get in touch with me to serve me paperwork revolving a suit againist me for a 18 year old debt for breach of contract for a Providian Card. I explained to her that she could foward that information to my lawyer and/or send a demand letter. Sally stated that a Demand letter was sent and she repeated my address to me. I asked her did you have any validation that it was received by someone at that address she was giving. She moved out to shout that once I am served I can give that paperwork to my lawyer and she would notate the account that I was refusung to settle the debt. I settled this debt with another collection agency and have that paperwork and banks statements to prove the payment. I called Chase bank card services who bought out Providian at 888-868-8618. The agent informed me that Chase has not had the card in years and that she couldn't find the account number I gave her or any information on me in regards to a lawsuit. I also received a call from a gentleman stating that the documents would be delivered to the address on file and signature was required, but nothing further. I am sick of these calls( they have even reached out to my husband, but nothing comes of it) and they never call from the same number. It is a blocked number or looks like a local number for my area.

Received a call on my cell, from a restricted number. Asked if I'd be available for them to deliver certified documents tomorrow between 11 and 1, I said no, asked if I was expecting any docs I said no, said she was only the dispatcher and I'd have to call this 844# to find out what this was about. Total scam.
