Same as above. Knock of Vionics. I ordered 8.. received 4 none were the right size. I called and emailed immediately opened up a complaint with Paypay and went back and forth several times. No remedy. I wish I looked here first. The company name on the order was http://theninjabeauty.com/. TJ MEDIA, but the confirmation of my order came from DottedOne. Rip off. Ordered 3 pairs of sandals in Jun., they arrived in Aug. They did not fit. Emailed immediately to get return authorization since no shipping label came with package. After 5 emails, there still has been no email response. Managed to speak with someone on phone twice. I was told to take a picture of my sandals and send that email, which I did. I would then get my refund. On the second follow up phone call, I was told that I could not get a refund and that they would send me the 3 sandals in a larger size at no extra cost. An email would be sent the next day. That was 1 week ago. I get busy signal now whenever I call. I really don't want a replacement,I want a refund.

I ordered 3 pair of Vionic sandals on June 24th, it's now Aug 28th and still don't have them. They kept telling me they were in transit, can never reach anyone on the phone number listed and now they won't respond at all when I threaten to report them if they don't refund my money. Instagram needs to control who they allow to advertise on their site.

I order a pair of Vionic sandals on June 24th. Today is 24th. I received an email confirmation stating the items would be shipped within one day of June 24th.
When I phoned up to ask where my merchandise was, I was rudely told by some guy that I'd get an email tomorrow with the ETA.

I'm out $45.91 and want my money back stat. These are hard times and this CPP company is ripping people off back to back.

I ordered sandals from Dottedone, purported to be Vionic brand, and after waiting 50 days to receive them, they are not even close to Vionic brand. The size and width are so far off, (both in this pic are size 8), the stitching on the inside is shabby. I e-mailed the company as their website instructs, and have heard nothing. I then called, and was told they don't do refunds because they're in Hong Kong and it's just too difficult to do. I told him the product looked counterfeit and he was silent. I'd like to return them and get my $55.90 back. I told them I would contact my bank and he hung up.

This company is a hacker that targeted me on FB. I clicked on the product, which for me was sports wear, however they sell a lot of other things I have found out. The site advised I had to click on the link to find the cost of shipping, when I did this they somehow linked to my PayPal account and charged me immediately even though I did not order the product. They also charged me for 2 items. PayPal was absolutely no help when I let them know what happened within minutes of it occurring. I have spent an exorbitant amount of time with this issue, including having to cancel my bank account, change all financial information I have for payments online.

The company goes by many different names and when the charge was shown on my statement it was all in Japanese symbols. A few of the names I have found they go by are Dottedone.com, NINJABEAUTY and like I said they will link IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. I did cancel my PayPal account as well. I have no idea if I will even receive the product I was looking at.

The very worst thing about this is that I am an ER nurse who is working 12-18 hour days because of Covid19 and risking my life and families life by possibly be infected at work. The very last thing I want to do on my one day off a week is deal with this. I hope I can help someone with this information and keep more from having this happen to them.

My advice because of this is DO NOT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT THEY ARE NOT SAFE AND DON’T buy anything off a FB add.

I ordered 3 pairs of Vionic sandals in June. Six weeks later I received the sandals and they were 2 sizes too small plus they are knock-offs. I called customer service and they said they would send me the right size for free. I agreed and they said they would send me an email concerning our conversation. After 4 weeks and several phone calls I never received their email. The last time that I called them they said I was calling too much and then hung up on me. I tried calling them back but I thing they blocked my phone number. I've put in a claim through PayPal. Hopefully I can get my money back otherwise I'm out $58.00

Good luck. I deleted my PayPal account because the same thing happened to me, & they didn’t resolve it. I opened a dispute, & PayPal was able to get me a refund, but not until I mailed them back to China at my expense. I asked repeatedly for a mailing label, to no avail. I’m not happy with PayPal or my CC company. I’m out $74, & this company is scamming people. Sent me three pairs of knock off Vionics. One was completely the wrong size, the other two didn’t fit either. Complete junk. Took well over a month to arrive too. Not sure what else I can do, but I’m calling my CC company again.

Ordered 6/22. As of 7/27 was shipped and has been sitting in an airmail facility at O’Hare Chicago’s airport since. Tracking number has disappeared, called multiple times no response. Today is 8/12/2020. The worst online company and transaction I have ever experienced. Buyer beware!

I have been waiting over six weeks for a pair of Vionic sandals. On line it says 7-15 days for US shipments. I see here now that the company is a scam. They should not be able to advertise on Facebook, Instagram etc. How do I get my money back? I have left many email messages and there has been no response. Do I call my CCard company?

I ordered 1 pair of sandals and read I could return if not completely satisfied. I was sent 2 pair and charged for both. They were not made well and I wanted to make a return. I could not reach anyone by email, and finally got someone by phone. He said he could return the money for 1 pair! This is a scam! We will see if I every see any credit.

On June 26,2020 I ordered three pair of Vionic sandals from dottedone. After several inquiries and phone calls I finally received the sandals today 8/4/2020. These were not Vionic sandals and nowhere was the name Vionic on the sandals. THIS.IS A SCAM! I will keep tbe sandals as I believe it is not worth the time nor effort to return and request a refund of my $50 plus. I do not think these people would ever refund my charge. Fortunately, I had my suspicions from tbe beginning and cancelled the charge, but the transaction had already gone through. Do not buy anything from these people. The merchandise was sent from China and the sandals are a very poor knockoff.

After purchasing this product, I attempted to call the customer service for a refund. They added on products with out my consent. Customer service said to return the product when I have received it, I returned the product. They received it July 9th. I call for my refund and they are saying I needed a conformation number in order to return it. No mention of this when I first spoke to customer service. They will not return my money and I have already sent it back.

I ordered 3 pairs of Vionix. I received them about 5 weeks later. The shipping on their website says they ship next day...that it doesn’t say is that it ships from China.

When they arrived, they were too small and they are not Vionix.

I emailed several times and no one responded. I called and when I finally got someone, he told me I’d have to pay for shipping to China. I said that wasn’t mentioned in their return policy. He said it doesn’t have to be and hung up. I tried to call back but he has blocked my number.

I ordered 2 pairs of "Vionic" sandals and was charged and received 3 pairs that were very small for the size I ordered. I immediately sent an email asking how I could return them for a refund and got no reply. I emailed again a few days later and a third time with no response. I called their phone number on the website and was told it would take too long to return them so they would send me a larger size to try. I was told a representative would contact me the next business day to proceed. Of course I got no call or email. Today I called the phone number again and explained my situation and that I wanted to return them. I was told that it had been a week since I received them so it was too late to return them! I explained I had been trying since I received them to get them returned but he said it was too late. This is a bogus company sending you cheap merchandise that isn't worth a penny. Do NOT buy anything from this company!

I also ordered 3 pairs of Vionic sandals online from Dottedone on 6/20/2020 and was charged $55.90. As of 7/30/2020 my order still has not arrived...after reading the above complaints, I expect it won't arrive. If it should arrive the size will definitely be too small with no chance of a return. This was through an ad on my FaceBook feed. Shame on FaceBook for allowing this to happen. And shame on me for trusting FaceBook! SCAM

Like others I ordered a pair of Vionic sandals. Unlike others, I did receive them. Took a couple months. However they are absolutely not Vionics. They run well over a size small and contain no brand name or size on the shoes. Came without a box, just in a bag. $25+ wasted.

On June 26th when I originally placed this order I received a receipt to my gmail and it was in Chinese. This made.me aware that this was a scam and I immediately cancelled my card. Too late though as transaction went through. The phone number for this site is always busy. You cannot reach them by ohone. I have responded to their email stating my order is on its way asking when.I will receive the order, but no response. I am today going to notify the US Federal Trade Commission.
