This company also goes by [email protected]. On July 4, 2020 I browsed this site through Facebook not making an order. Somehow an order was placed and charged to my PayPal account. I contacted both PayPal and Dottedone indicating I had not placed this order and to please cancel and refund any transaction. This all transpired within minutes of the so called transaction, nothing had ever been shipped it was literally seconds from the order to the cancellation. It is now July 26, 2020 and nothing has transpired. The company told me they didn't care about me and didn’t care if I received a refund, exact words! Apparently I am not the only person this has happened to and there have been numerous complaints filed with the company and PayPal regarding such. Someone needs to stop these people

I ordered 3 pair of sandals from Dottedone on June 20. Today is July 22nd and I still have not received my sandals. I have called the number given on my receipt twice and
they keep telling me they are in transit. I will call my credit card to dispute this charge.
Facebook needs to be accountable for what they have online to sell. Scammers give
it a bad name, however I see they are still selling under another name. Shameful business practices.

I also saw the add for this company through Facebook and started to place an order for two pair of sandals. When I went into my PayPal account, I changed my mind before completing the order, but somehow the order went through anyway. I contacted PayPal letting them know that I did not authorize this order, but they told me that the order was authorized. I got the sandals, but one was the wrong color and they are definitely not Vionics! They also run small, so I sent an email to dottedone to get instructions on how to return them, but did not hear anything back. I should have gone with my gut instincts to begin with and never order from a company without checking them out!

I ordered grill cooking sheets from an ad on Facebook. $25. on 6/21. l tracked them and they originally started from the same area in China that the virus originally started. Still haven't received anything and the emails are unanswered and the phone number is not working.

I ordered 1 pair of Vionic sandals from an ad online - Name of company is Dottedone. When I saw my final receipt, it said I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, which I clearly did not. This credit card transaction appeared on my statement as PAYPAL *NINJABEAUTY DIN. When I called the number, the man said they would credit my PAYPAL account the 2nd sandal, which they never did. Now when I call the number, it rings a few times and goes immediately into a busy signal. I have never received any sandals and when I goggled this company, there were many complaints, similar to mine. They are probably operating under all different names just to scam people.

6/24/2020 Ordered 2 pairs of flip flops and today is the 16 of July and I have not received anything! Rip offs! Why would FB advertise for them if they are rip offs, I ordered thru my FB are they involved in this too? Or are they going to use the Covid 19 bull[censored] for me not receiving my order?

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals and was charged for 5. I tried to dispute it with PayPal.
They weren't helpful. I got the sandals and they were so small that they don't fit me. I tried to return them but have not been able to get a hold of anyone via email asking for their return address. I spent a total of $92.85. Lesson learned.

Oh no! Have I been victimized by Dottedone too? I purchased a couple of sandals for $19.98 a pair and when email came for confirmation I was charged 59.89. Tried to call the number listed on the email and it is busy right away and hang up. Will I get the sandals at least?

Well I did get finally get mine, after two months. However they are at least a size smaller that ordered and definitely NOT Vionics. I wear Vionics all the time so I know the difference. They also have no brand or size markings on the shoes and did not come in a box, just a bag. Scam for sure. Lesson learned.

i ordered sandals for $19.98 from Dottedone. When the payment confirmation came to my inbox, I was charged for 2 pairs of sandals, under a different company name, Theninjabeauty. The payment was sent to (Chinese characters) but PayPal was cited as the enabler for the transaction.

The doubled charge on the invoice got me looking for this company online where I discovered that many others had been similarly scammed. This company changes its name regularly, does not return emails or phone calls, and dodges accountability on all counts.

PayPal needs to shut them down! They give PayPal a bad name.

For my part, I will keep trying to get my money back through my credit card company or through PayPal but this is proving to be very difficult.

Never again will I order anything without checking out the company first. This is shameful!
