I just received my Drystrike watch. I immediately am thrown off as they were supposed to send me their premium package with is a watch, an additional charging cord and a face protector. Face protector was creased. No additional chord, and as a bonus was supposed to received some tactical pen. No pen. I set up the watch.. does not receive calls or texts as advertised. Worse of all now I see it won't take a charge using their charging cord. I sent an email today and awaiting their response. I wish I would have looked at the reviews and used my gut feeling that this is a POS scam. I'm. going after these scammers. Fights on.

I wish that I had saw all of these horrible reviews before I ordered this watch. My fiance is military and saw the watch and wanted it. I placed my order nov 9 and was expecting to get it by his birthday, nov 23. I did not come then and I have not received it today Dec 10 even though I paid for expedited shipping. I notified them more than 5 times to cancel the product since I had already purchased a replacement because he was supposed to leave for deployment the first week of Jan 2024. Instead they sent and email of a usps label that was printed but the product still has yet to be shipped. Their response was since the product was already out for shipment then it could not be canceled. That is crazy to me since I had already told them more than 5 times that I no longer wanted the product because i had to replace it. They are such a scammer! There is a customer service number but it only informs you to email them in order to communicate. I have lost $121. Since I paid with Afterpay I am unable to dispute my payment.

Total and Absolutely 💯 PERCENT fraud.

Wow...They Said Trust you first mind; again, where's the watch ( i never received). There is no 24 hour customer support, or support at all...All Lies, Lies, Lies. The Number yall provide is fake; you will never Speak To Anyone. I'm going to make sure all American Financial Institutions that you all are a fraud and scam.

I bought a drystrike smartwatch from them . I arrived and only worked for a week before it blew a gasket. Now it won’t take a charge at all! I’ve tried a new power jack , different outlets and it will not accept a charge . These scammers must be stopped.

Ordered a drystrike product which never arrived! Paid the extra for expedited shipping and they provided a tracking number from China that is a dead link. After contacting customer service 4 times about shipping and tracking they send the same generic auto response with the bogus tracking number.

AVOID THIS SCAM. They got me don't let them get you too.

Bought a smart watch from them and it never arrived! On the top of that, a customer service that does not care of customers.

Please, be smarter than me! Buy an Apple Watch or similar in a real store.

Utter scam. Watch arrived. Looked nice and smart. After three weeks use, though five weeks in the house, watch stopped never to go again. Drystrike just not interested. “Thanks for reaching out to us” is all you get. So what if there 90 day refund… yeah right.

Unable to leave review on their site, so all reviews are 5 star rated.
Thieves pure and simple

I went to order the watch. The order process said they could not deliver to my address. I emailed them that I order product that come to my address every day and never had this happen. The response was email after email with discount offers. I explained in another email it wasn’t the discount I was looking for it was getting it delivered. I received more offers with discounts. Finally I emailed them that at this point they are harassing me. The sent me an email sayin they would get my complaint to the correct department. I then received more emails with more offers. Thank god I didn’t waste money on this watch . The customer service is terrible.

The watch itself is nice. The operating system, NOT SO MUCH. It is not as responsive as they claim it is. Messages and incoming calls DO NOT WORK. its been 5 days since ive reached out to customer service, today they finally responded and theyre per-swaying me to keep it by trying to refund 10 percent. Im sorry but all of their reviews on their page is fake. Theyre return policy is junk and customer service is trash. im afraid to return it and not get any of my money back. I will try with Paypal since thats the method of payment I used. Do not buy. it is nothing like my iWatch.

I saw a ad to buy digital watch online via instagram. After a few weeks of contemplating, i bought one. Or so i thought. It has been weeks and now, all i get from the are a bunch of email complaining its coming or backhand talks.

I paid about $125 for the watch, a metal watch ban, one year warranty. I did the order and then asked to cancel it about an hour later. They got the email saying they would take 10% if I kept the order. I have sent back emails with them after that saying cancel the order. They made labels and the phone number doesn't work comes back busy line no matter what time it is. I'm so pissed it meant for my birthday present from my parents and that completely messed up my birthday.

I ordered this and got it in a week. After one day I knew I didn't want it. It's not a good product. After contacting them about a return I was told that won't take it back. They do not do any kind of returns. It's just their policy. So I have a lousy watch the will sit in my drawer till I probably throw away at some point.

I purchased a watch from them, it took more than 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, it was completely different from the one I’d ordered. I returned the watch, but they refused to refund my money. These are real scammers, and their main intention is to take your money. Be careful.

So, I ordered this item for my fiance for Christmas. Upon opening it and putting it on, he had an allergic reaction to the wrist band. I explained that three times to customer service. I knew I was past the normal return and refund policy because the box was opened and it had been more than 24 hours, but I figured they might change their mind if they knew it caused an allergic reaction. Their first response was to ask why i wanted to return it, which i stated in my email, then they tried to convince me to keep the item and they'd give me 10% off. I refused. They then said that they don't do refunds for "customers that change their mind". Uh, my fiance had an ALLERGIC REACTION. This is a full on scam. Do not buy this product.

So I ordered a watch from Dry Strike,then I checked the reviews. I should have checked the reviews first. I did what the company says to do. If you want to cancel an order. You must send an email to them within 24 hours. I sent it 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER. So about 14 hours later I get an email asking me to change my mind and they'll knock 10% off the price. I email back saying no thankyou please cancel my order. (This was a stall tactic). The next email I got was from them saying it was too late the order had shipped and they can't cancel or refund. Hopefully there's nothing wrong with the watch or im out 110$. This company has really really bad customer service. DON'T GET SCREWED LIKE I THINK I JUST DID!

My wife ordered a watch and it says online that you can receive phone calls and messages,you cannot receive calls and cannot open messages,what's even worst is when you try to contact drystrike through the phone,it's a recorded message telling you to email them,my wife did and we never even got a response,I would never tell anyone to order a watch or anything else through drystrike,

I purchased a drystrike watch on the 24th July 2022 for approx £88 which took 28 days to arrive. The watch was working fine and I went away for a few days in September where the watch lost charge, uppon my return I fully charged the watch where the green lights were illuminated whilst charging yet there was and still isn't any displaying functions on the face. I have contacted drystrike several times via their portal after receiving no contact via phone or any contact at all. I find their customer service diabolical, they have never got back to me with a resolution, a watch repair or offered me a new watch or my money back. They have adverts that include false advertisment stating the watch can bear a lot of trauma without being damaged yet my watch only ran out of charge and is unresponsive. Overall dissapointed doesn't even describe it is ridiculous they need stopped.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered the watch it came and only worked for a week and now it won’t charge back up. Scam company for sure.

i bought the watch and it start blinking,
i wrote 5 emails no answer
no call return nothing
its sad very nice watch big clear on day time
i think its the water i just washe it in the sink and it stop working

Request to return watch ordered and was offer a 10 % discount to keep. Watched did NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY. AFTER 3 email they stopped communicating. Hubby paid with debit card & they used PayPal. I Could have dispute with Credit Card but out of luck. $160 LOST TO THIS COMPANY. Reporting to Federal Trade Commission...This Foreign company a scam!
