SO after only 3 days and a few hours the watch is dead on my wrist, I goto recharge it, and watch is dead. I contact the company they send me a video of how to self repair my watch, I now call this the KIA of smart watches, looks good from far, BUT far from good!

Same thing happened and they didn't honor the Money back guarantee! I actually cancelled the order the same day I ordered as I changed my mind. two days later they emailed me back saying the item had already shipped. The tracking number showed it had not been received by the USPS yet but a label had been created. It did not ship until 2 weeks later! I never opened it and asked to send it back for a refund but they said they cant do that. I told them their website shows money back if not satisfied! but no go!

DO NOT BUY A DRYSTRIKE WATCH! This company charges 104.00 for a watch that is 50.00 on Amazon. This is a knock off watch and not as advertised. They refused to refund my money when I did not want the watch. They do not honor the 30 day money back guarantee that is posted on their website.

Company advertises that they have a 30 day back guarantee. But in Fine print....We are sad to hear that you want to return the package

We will attach our return policy link below so you are able to check our policy. You will see that we do not accept returns for refunds or exchange if a customer changes their mind. Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window because of the standard shipping reason. We do not accept returns or refunds if a customer changes their mind after receiving their orders. We only offer a refund for lost and damaged/broken items upon arrival. Returns are only acceptable if it is sent back to us unopened and in brand new condition. We also charge a restocking fee of 15% which will be deducted from the refund. As we stated, do not send your return package to the manufacturer and the customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. It should be returned to the warehouse which will be provided by our customer representative. We will attach the link of our return policy below...
