Wow i had no idea it wasnt a charles and keith official website. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes i had lost while travelling and i found it in a website which looked like a charles and keith website. In my head i was ordering from their US store. I thought it was a bit weird when the transaction appeared from CATALYST C* ECOMERCE J . I bought the shoes in March and its still on 95% as the others have mentioned. I wouldnt have know if i had not gone researching about them in reddit. Unbelievable!

I ordered from Tommyhilfiger website in October 2023,now it’s March and I have not received the order. I emailed so many times and they said it’s a delay and it will arrive soon. The website that showed on my credit card was AgRow. They are a scam. Dvftracking is a scam !

Purchased sneakers from https://www.etniesshoesturkey.com/ for 50$.
The purchase appeared on the card as "Sale of computer software".
Order confirmation email stated
"Descriptor in the bank statement will appear as CATALYST CRM PRO, LLC and might be different from website you bought from"

Tracking link was Dvftrack.com
No attempts of fraudulent purchases so far from the card, but probably it's just a question of time.

Actual company is ALIBABA.COM SINGAPORE E-COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. Email with tracking and credit card statement use the name LEARNC. These copy cat websites are growing increasingly common. Use whois.com to check who owns the domain you are using to verify it is who it should be. Website was perfect, very well coded and with no mistakes. I only raised an eyebrow at checkout and finally realized it was a scam when I opened DVTrack link.

A total scam. Been strung along for four months now for a glassware item I purchased from them. They gave long, detailed tracking, then the item apparently is lost. I asked for a refund a couple weeks ago, and now they say they are escalating my refund. What a joke, they aren’t going to refund anything. Too much time has passed, to make credit card charge back.

The website I ordered from was cole-haancanada.com It looked legitmate but it's not. In hindsight, my cc was comprimised multiple times weeks later and it must have been related.

My situation is similar to other posters. I'm upset that I fell for it; the price was too good to be true. I contacted my bank recently, but because it has been over 100 days, I couldn't file a dispute charge, so I am out of the money.

These people are losers.
If it seems togged to be true, it probably is!

As with others, I fell for the Dvftrack scam. I purchased an item off of a website called theustoys.com and the item was supposedly sent via Dvftrack. Tracking went day by day for 95 days (moving up by one percent per day). At 95%, it stopped, stated it had been transferred to EMS shipping for local delivery and no further updates were provided. Item was never delivered and there was no further communication from the seller. Site phone number and email fails to go through. A day after making the purchase, I also experienced CC fraud we believe was related to the purchase. Purchase used the MYTASKADMIN on the bill statement. The website ilsejacobsenshoescanada.com is FAKE and FRAUDULENT. They will collect your credit card info but never ship purchases to you. A common thread is that they use dvftrack.com which is also fake - is not a carrier and does not track anything.
All entirely fake PLEASE AVOID.

I had ordered a Joah Brown zip from a site that appeared to be Pipe and Row, a retailer, however this site had the word "Office" included and now it cannot be located. The "site" appeared to sell the zip at a discounted price but when I purchased and saw the tracker it seemed like a scam. I ordered the product on September 3, 2023 and it still says "In transit. Your order is expected to arrive at the port between 25-35 days from now." which was last updated September 30. This was suspicious since the item is made in the US and there is no need for international shipping.

Same thing happened to me. Purchased two pairs of Ilse Jacobsen shoes Canada in August - up until November 7th was show 1% daily progress. Spoke to a Hazel (employee ID# LC3075) on November 23rd by contacting 9258569994 and told me I should receive a separate email from DHL International by November 28th. She told me due to American Thanksgiving holiday, could not provide me with any further information. The phone number no longer works.

I'm so angry at myself! I should have known that 2 Tracey Benson pagoda mirrors for $60 each was a scam. I requested a refund immediately which they don't even acknowledge that I did cancel the order and demand refunds but they will not hace not complied.

I ordered a pair of shoes at Alohaschaussures.com, with very attractive discount compared to the official site alohas.io.
I paid with Visa, and strangely no double check happened from my bank.
I was routed to Dvftrack site, and warned that finally the receiving company for the bank operation would be DESIGNATLAS
I then checked the site and realised its high scamming probability.
I opposed my credit card a few hours later. the bank informed me that there was a "recurring paiment " attached to the initial transaction.
I received a few mails from the dvftrack site in the following days, all sent at exactly the same time (hour, minute) of my initial transaction...
I regularly check on the link provided by dvftrack, where I daily see the supposed progress of the parcel (booking, container, vessel reservation, ...).

Please note the other sites like alohashoesUSA have exactly the same layout and order forms.
I have found that the site is located in Malaysia, Khuala Lumpour, and backed to Alibaba company (china)

Thought I was ordering from Paddletek, but was actually ordering from pickleball-onsale, which shows up on CCARD as THEGOODWAYS. That was Aug 6, the next day 2 fraudulent charges (from Frenchtoast... sell school uniforms for kids) each for about $350 showed up the next day on my CCARD. DVFtracking shows "on the high seas, 30-35 days" but operator said last week and today that I should get it within a week, BUT she has no U.S. tracking info. What a headache!

I made multiple purchases, and after submitting my card info was forwarded to a Paypal site for $98.
While making the purchase, they forwarded me to a 3rd party Paypal site I thought was for shipping, for $98. Also, at the same time, a strange blocked purchase attempt showed up on my acct, not the approved amount. Visa also blocked further purchase attempts through the site. When I called the number on the dvftrack link, they were only aware of one of the purchases, not the others.

Now that I found dvftrack was used with scams, I cancelled my card and I'm reversing everything.

Interesting that I also had declined charges made to the credit card I used to purchase on another site related to dvftrack (for the delivery part). My credit card company sent me a new card and is investigating.

using a very real looking website VIBEKAYS.com, I ordered replacement parts for the kayak company Vibe. Operating under this site I purchased three commercially available items. Order processed immediately, but rather than an email confirmation, I got a text. Tracking lead to a link using Dvftrack. Billed under COMETINBOX. Was charged immediately, and started getting daily updates via a web link. Each day it updates, but the details make no sense. It references overseas cargo shipments, and huge package details, importers, consignments, bookings, etc. All bogus. Avoid VIBEKAYS.com, and this bogus tracking group under Dvftrack

This company is a scam. Ordered kids Reebok tennis shoes 8/16. Checked today and they said it would arrive 4-8 weeks. I asked to cancel order and refund my money. They 1st offered 35% refund and then 50% refund. I told them I was going to dispute the charge w/ my credit card company. Then asked them why on earth would delivery for shoes take 4-8 weeks. They then stopped email communication w/ me.The company is called Cometinbox e-commerce Simpson SC on credit card statement.

Was your credit card company able to dispute the charge? I have something similar that just happened to me that I've reported as well using COMETINBOX on credit card statement. The "shipping" is being handled by dvftrack.com and they made the same bogus offer of 35% for a refund when I wanted to cancel the order. Also, I received a couple of attempts (that were declined) for utilizing my same credit card in the amount of $599 around the same time that I placed my order. When I responded to their offer and made mention of reporting to my credit card company, they responded that the matter has already been disputed with my bank and I'm to contact them for further information. The stupid statuses of shipment continue to show up. And I bet if they sent anything it will not be the right item or defective and returning it would require huge amounts of money because it's probably being shipped from China.

Scammer advertised a dress for $20. Charged $15 for expedited shipping. After ordering the dress and providing payment information, I was charged $35 with the word MYTASKADMIN on billing statement. I attempted to reach out to the company via email several times in regards to the status of my order- only to receive no information. I received a text from +1 (325) 238-5056 saying that I can track my order via dvftrack.com. The site says my order is processing. I then received an attempted purchase on my card for DELTA for $596.30.
