I purchased a wig from Edith Hair for $53.76via Paypal on March 30,2021. I never received the wigs. I tried calling the telephone number and it is a non-working telephone number. I tried to located the business from the address on the website, the company doesn't exist at the address. Paypal paid them their fee.

This is the same exact thing that happened to me I am still waiting for the wigs but yet they took my $97dollars off of my card. I am highly upset I work hard for my money everyday I go to work. So no you didn't get government check money you got my well heart on paying taxes money. It's so sad that you can't trust people nowadays.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It is a scam and they will take your money and send you a party City-looking, cheap wig that is nowhere near lace front nor human hair. #1 I ordered two wigs from this website and was only shipped one(it also took a month to ship…) #2 when I tried to email them that I received the wrong wig and that I want a refund, I never heard back from them. I also tried calling the number they listed infer their contact info page but it took me straight to voicemail. I have no idea how to get my money back and am short$63 from that SCAM!

If anyone knows how I can get my money back or get in contact with someone PLEASE let me know!

This company is definitely a scam I bought 4 wigs and received 1 wig that I didn’t order plus waited about 2 months to receive a wig that I didn’t order jus for them to say they will give me 40% of my money back and if I want a full refund I can pay to send the wrong wig back
To them to receive a full refund. Like what the heck is wrong with this company. They need to be shut down immediately… NEVER AGAIN!’

I lost $52. I got 1 wig from them out 3. The one i did receive was a synthetic wig that could have been bought from a Halloween store. I havent had any luck on getting a refund.. or getting a reply. I googled their contact info and that’s how I came to this page and seeing everyone who got screwed over

Merchant sale of hair products

I order 3 wigs from this site which came to $56.00 dollars. The wigs where coming from China. When I contacted the so called merchant about the shipping date I couldn't get answer but I had a tracking number which wasn't to detailed in telling the progress of the shipment. It took almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. When it did it wasn't nothing close to what I ordered. I contacted the so called merchant through email first and explained the item delivered was not what I order I would like a refund. They responded that a mix up happened during the shipment and that they would refund 40% of my money if I sent back what was delivered. I called the phone number on the site the area code is 626 which would be around Baldwin Park ca or that area. When I called a Spanish lady answered and did not speak English. She answered like a normal person would answer their home phone. This website is ripping people off and using false information.

Edith Hair scam

I ordered from Edithhair.com Their deals are always 3 for $39.00 or buy two get one free or similar. What I received was nothing like what I ordered. It was the wrong color (I ordered dark brown deep wavy. I received white straight). It was the wrong style. It was wrong everything. When I contacted them they did respond but in the last few emails they just said they would get back to me. I had to go to Paypal to get my money back. There were also two other companies that did the same thing. They advertised the same deals. Smithhair was the name of one of the companies. The items that I received from them were the wrong items and included the same straight white piece. These companies had the same address in Lexington, N.Y. When I contacted them, one of the companies said the color most likely changed during transportation. I had to contacted Paypal to get a refund. All three of these companies are most likely the same companies.

Party City Wig

I ordered this wig on 12/31/2021 and I FINALLY got the wig in the mail. Mind you, I’ve never ordered a lace front wig before so I was pretty excited. I opened the package and it was COMPLETELY different. It was something I could’ve gotten from party city! It didn’t even come with a lace and wasn’t even the same length nor did it have the bangs. So of course I was confused and when I tried reaching out no one responded. I paid for express shipping that was 3 DAY SHIPPING and had to wait THIRTEEN DAYS. All that for a costume wig. I heard from other people that they reported fraudulent charges to their card based on the site being a scamming site so I contacted my bank and now I’m waiting. Worst experience ever.

Why are they still in business

On December 13 2021 I purchased 3 wigs that were advertised on the Edith hair.com. I also paid 16.99 for 2-3 day arrival. I have yet to see any items I purchased. At which time I attempted to contact the company by email. I received an email back stating I should 60hours for a response for someone. I then went back to the website and looked up the phone number and address and once I did that I realized I had been scammed. I spent that money on myself for Christmas. This is ridiculous savage and just inhumane. I didn't have PayPal so I paid with my cash app card. Smdh! I have never purchased from that site before I will never do it again. I will stick to the REAL companies. Please to whomever reads this I apologize because obviously you were done wrong as well.???

I ordered hair from these people on 11/29/2021. I received a message saying my order was confirmed. I didn’t know the website wasn’t legit, I don’t normally order things online and for this particular reason. I haven’t received ANYTHING. A tracking number, an email at least reminding me that my stuff is on the way. I requested for a refund and never received my money. How are these people able to do this. I’m sick of this government, I wouldn’t be surprised if they have somebody working on the website scamming people. I’ll never in my life use the internet to buy s[censored] again. F[censored] up a[censored] country make it hard for everybody. Hope whoever’s behind that page gets exactly what’s coming from and may you never rest and burn for eternity b[censored].

I both wigs from this Bogus Company Edith Hair ! I regret losing my $75.00 People please do not go by the reviews on the their page my wigs were so cheap looking OMG ! I fell for this scam because it showed up on Google page I really thought it was a legitimate reliable company to buy wigs from .Google needs to be careful what they put on their page. I was falsely lead by it being advertised on the page .Do Not spend your hard earned money with this company.!??

This company is a fraud. I order 4 wigs from them in May when they were delivered they looked nothing like what was advertised. I don’t understand how these people are still up and running and legally scamming the American people. Why have they not shut this site down they are committing scammed fraud legally and even with all the reports the government is doing nothing about it. If I did that my [censored] would be locked up so why is nothing been done to shut these people down. Do your damn jobs and stop this illegal robbery of hard working tax paying Americans that are paying your salaries.
