When I reached out to them via email, and told them I received someone else's order, because it wasn't at all what I ordered at all, and to send me a shipping label for return, they had another scam for me. They must deal with this all the time, because the swift reply was
" You have two options,
1. You can keep the wogs, and we give you 10%off order,
2. You mail back to China and pay for shipping, and any charges it may get at customs."
Here's the address they gave me with their instructions:

I keep getting messages they will take off a percentage of the order I paid, and it's now up to 30%. I've asked them to stop sending me negotiations of refund, when it is solely their fault and mistake. I have refused all offers, and keep repeating, I will be happy to mail the wrong wigs that I received, back to them, in a timely fashion, as soon as they send a prepaid postage label to do so, for a complete refund. I should not have to come out of pocket for their mistake, for shipping.
I've asked the name of person I was talking to, ask to speak to a supervisor, asked if they were getting my emails and understanding fully, what I was saying. I also asked why they weren't able to ship to the New York "shop", since it's in the U.S.
The response I received was the same. 10-30% discount on the wigs, to keep them, and to hurry up and decide, to get on with the process. They never answered anything I asked them. It's a total scam. Im thinking the shop in Manhattan is fake too.
They have sister websites, that go under different names, like sakurawigs.com. Be sure not to order from any of these sights. I reached out to the contact info on Sakurawigs.com website, since they are affiliated, and since I didn't order off of their website, they won't help. I do think it's all run by one group..this Mr. Li from China, at phone number +86-13460644043. They continue to hassle me with emails, after telling them to stop.
I don't want the wigs, and want my money back, without paying to ship them back to china!
Their refund policy states that they will take responsibility if it was their mistake, and issue refund. They clearly lied about this. I have saved all communication from and with them for reference.
I hope they get shut down. All of them.

I purchase items from Edith Wigs during a sales promotion in November 2020. The sale was to purchase 2 get 1 free during the end of summer clearance. In total, I spent $ 112. Once I received the items and opened the bag I thought for sure someone had sent me the wrong items. I purchased two separate short style wigs and I received 2 of the same wig, neither being in any style. I sent the company pictures of the wigs and they not once offered to send a better quality item nor did they acknowledge the fact that none of these items were what they advertised.
I used a wide tooth comb to stroke through one of the wigs and a hand full of hair came out. One of the wigs was supposed to be blond with highlights yet it is actually “yellow”. None of the wigs have a comb to secure the wig and the cap is not large enough to feel it is secured on the head. The stitching on the front of three of the wigs was sewn zigzag and uneven. The stitch down the part was not even. The material on the front of the cap felt like scratchy plastic. The stitch in the front is so close to the edge of the wig that it can only be worn with a cap/hat because it is visible. It took 14 email messages before I could get to the point of receiving a refund. They displayed very poor communication.
They post details regarding their return policy emphasizing the fact they would not offer full refunds unless an error was made on their part and the wigs were sent back. I could receive a partial refund if I were to keep the items. I do not typically purchase wigs online. I gave the company a try due to a previous purchase from another company which was a positive experience. I do not like writing damaging information about companies, but when I run upon a company that is taking advantage of the customer, displaying unethical practices and false advertisement I find it pertinent to help others by posting a legitimate review which might help them to avoid such a negative experience and financial loss. There are some companies who are trying to help customers by selling quality merchandise at a discounted price and then there are those who are preying on customers solely for making a profit.

It is unfortunate that the upload capability is only 5MB. It is impossible to post an accurate picture to show the merchandise which is being sent.
After 14 email communications, I have received a partial refund of $16.92 from the company and I also notified them I would be reviewing their product. I wanted to make sure that their behavior was reported somewhere so that if anyone were to look up reviews on their company they might be able to avoid losing any money. It is obvious they are not an ethical establishment. I am sure there are many companies out there doing the same thing, but "Edith Hair" crossed my path.
Once I thought about it, any reputable company would welcome reviews on their "own" company website. If they do not want to know how well they are doing they probably don't care (scam). They were more than aware they sent trash (I don't like to be mean, but I will be accurate). That is precisely where the product needs to go. I do not typically purchase this type of product online and would not have known what the red flags were. Someone else might by mistake run into this same company. They do not deserve to make a living misrepresenting themselves and falsely advertising their product.
I also reported this scam @ https://reportscam.com/edithhaircom. I do not expect anything more from this company and do not want to have anything more to do with them. I simply want it to be voiced and documented that they are definitely scamming customers.
