I ordered an icemaker on August 9th and never received. Sent several emails but I've never hear from anyone. I'm assuming I've been scammed...is there anything I can do?

I ordered an item on the 20.09.2020 and I didn't get it yet. Try to connect with them by sending an email but without any success.cant even ask for refund. Any suggestions?

I ordered a product in July 2020. I emailed regarding no delivery and to request my money back in Sept 2020. By Nov had heard nothing. When I emailed again to the email address I had used. It bounced. I am guessing they made their money by not delivering products and now have closed up shop. Not sure how to go after them now.

I too have ordered off an eleen company, but it was called eileenmc. Com. They could of changed names, because when I've tried to get back on the site it has disappeared. I ordered a Swivel Hammock and received a little blow up neck pillow. PayPal have been utterly useless not been able to speak to a person, been told to post back to China at nearly double the cost of the item. I opened a dispute bit it was closed as they had tracking info that it had been delivered, so I sent a email to the ceo of PayPal and the case was reopened, ot took a couple of weeks but after emailing a couple of times the dispute was finally closed in my favour and the money was refunded. The email for the ceo is [email protected] you usually pretty much get a good result of you try this,. Good luck

j'ai effectué une commande internet sur la boutique MFIOAH propulsé par Shopplazza, d'un pied pour camera vidéo commande du 23/06/2020 à 17H46:25 N° de la commande HOE21586 d'un montant de 29,98 USD, réglé par Paypal du 23/06/2020 à 17H51:20 Transaction N° 2825929421198303M paiement de 27,96€ EUR vers un montant de $29,98 USD envoyé à [email protected].
A ce jour, bien sur, ma commande n'est jamais arrivée.

Eleen online trade is a Scam and rip off money by fraudulent activities.
I ordered fitness bench and was charged£32.98 by PayPal.But never received any order.
Today after 1 and half month they sent me Skipping Rope that's after reporting them to PayPal in form of dispute.
I have asked for full refund otherwise I will report both of these parties to concerned authorities for fraud.
Please do not fall prey to Eleen online trade company as it will scam you and your hard earned money.

I ordered two lamps from them (paid $48) on Paypal. Two months later I received one pocket knife. We emailed back and forth with them trying to make me keep the pocket knife and accept a 40-55% discount refund on lamps. They also said I had to pay postage to send knife back to China if I wanted a refund. Paypal was not super helpful and I am now in process of processing a complaint to the Internet Crime Complaint Department for them to continue with my dispute. This place (Eleenonline) IS CLEARLY a scam!

Like another person who posted above, I also bought an LED floor light and received a cleaning cloth. After much arguing with PayPal, tonight I managed to get the case closed in my favour. Don’t give up with PayPal, provide photographic evidence and mention that this seller has a history of doing this. If you don’t have any luck with one PayPal agent, keep trying until you find one that will help! PayPal have finally wised up to this scam so you may have better luck getting your money back.

Its a SCAM...Dont buy or place any order.They sent my order it's been over a month.So many requests for information on carriers/tracking number, courier company through which they've sent is all unprofessionally treated.Moreover there is nobody replying now.I raised the issue with PayPal as they took the payment.

Ordered a nail polish set they took the money pretty sharpish but no item delivered that was 3 months ago, started a dispute with PayPal who have now decided to close the case because eleenonlinetrade proved it had been delivered? So now I'm out of pocket and no items delivered, so disappointed in paypal. Don't buy from them it's a scam company.

My husband ordered me a Nail salon item. They emailed tracking & payment was taken within 24 hours. We waited 2 weeks past "arrival" date & then they said that the package had been delivered. I received nothing, I spent over a month trying to deal w/their so-called customer service & they were NO help & then they wouldn't even respond to my replies. Waste of time, money, & breathe. Never order from them!

Ordered a set of lamps.
Right away was sent a tracking number but never worked so waiting a couple weeks and tried again and the webpage disappeared so went through paypal.. finally they sent a tracking number ha I got that item today they sent me a freaking tape measure.

I have similar experiences as the other victims here. I was led to their products via fancy ads on Facebook. The Facebook "branding" led me to believe the offers were genuine. Thinking back, the prices for the products were too good to be true thus maybe I should have known better. I am particularly annoyed as I am an ethnic Chinese and these low lives are giving China and Chinese a bad name.
