I purchased a gel nail polish kit, it never came. I contacted them and they said to allow up to 8 weeks. It still never came, they gave me a tracking number that didn't work. 3 months later, I contact paypal who opened dispute, the emailed a new tracking number. a month later i received a cheap finger nail clipper from china. waiting on paypal dispute!

Paypal ended up ruling in sellers favor since tracking number they provided was delivered. I called paypal and said I did not order for $22 a finger nail clipper, and even took pictures of this tiny package showing postage was minimal and had a receipt and photo showing I purchased 60 bottles of nail polish. They then ended up giving me my money back.

I ordered a levitating moon lamp from this company off of a tiktok ad in March. Just now in September of last month I received a junk toy in place of the item. They did this I’m assuming to say they sent the wrong product and force me to return for a refund which is the cost of the item. MANY others have had a similar issue or haven’t received anything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You will get scammed!

We orderded electric bike as as advertised on tik tok as of date not received anything eleen sent me a traking number which says its been delivered which it definitely has not iv sent them several emails and opened case with paypal , i can prove nothing was delivered with cctv cameras . I ordered a Fitness Exercise utility bench and paid $32 via Debit card through PayPal.Its been 14 days with no proper tracking information.Tracking number shows in transit from China since last 14 days.How can any order be in transit for 14 days?I asked for information on carriers or courier company through which they've sent it but there is no positive response coming from them.
I suggest not to buy anything from this company.Its the worst experience

Led-lampen gekocht voor €50,- Ik heb na 6 weken wachten een veldflesje ontvangen t.w.v €3,75. Via mail contact opgenomen en er werd mij ter compensatie 40% refund aangeboden. Maar dan mocht ik de fles ook houden.
Ik heb mijn klacht bij Paypal neergelegd.
Paypal heeft correct gehandeld en mij gevrijwaard van deze vreemde manier van handelen.
Ik zal nooit meer iets aankopen bij dit bedrijf, zoals ik het heb ervaren sturen ze expres een verkeerd item op zodat er word afgezien om het item terug te sturen (wat je aangetekend moet doen anders zal het wel nooit aankomen en heel duur zal zijn)en er maar een klein deel word terug gestort van het totale aankoop bedrag.

I ordered a Bluetooth bracelet online from eleenonlinetrade and paid through paypal just to be safe and I never received my product I filed a dispute with paypal and paypal provided this email ([email protected]) and suggested I try to resolve it with the seller I emailed the seller and got an email stating that my product has been shipped please be patient on August 18th 2020 they also provided me with a tracking number and the tracking number did not work/exist so I returned to paypal to file a dispute and all my disputes are automatically closed paypal says my purchase is not under protection

I had the same problem has the private user, I ordered a bench from this company and paid 43$ Canadian dollars for it. Instead of the bench they sent a skipping rope. They claim its a mistake and if I want my money back I have to send the rope back. Yet if I do it will cost me the same amount of money to ship back to China. I see this is a pattern and they do this regularly. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company!

I ordered a mini trampoline and they sent me a very cheap jump rope. I have been emailing back and forth with this vendor and they refuse to issue a refund unless I return the erroneous item they sent me (and pay for all shipping costs). I let the vendor know that I will not pay to correct their mistake. They have yet to issue a refund nor have they sent my ordered item. I have reported the vendor to PayPal as well.
