I signed up for a course which was cancelled and I thought since the course was cancelled, I was not going to get charged. They Emeritus, started another course and transfered me to the course and started charging my credit card. I called Mr. Ruheal D'Souza and told him I did not agree upon taking that particular course. He then, told me that he would stop charging my credit card however, they kept charging my credit card for three more months. They ignored my plea, they charged me for the whole course. I have tried calling them for at least ten times and everytime it's the same story they are always telling me that they will stop charging my credit card and will refund my money and they never do.
