In January I failed to notice a charge of $1.95 on my credit card; I am a caregiver and get behind with checking my paper work. In Feburary two charges, $4.95 and another of $49.95 appeared on my credit card, while I am still trying to catch up with my paperwork. In March as I was proofreading my backlog of paperwork I saw the same two charges, and went to the website emperormempor.me to inquire, using their [email protected] email address. The website said they were a providing a service for a bundler of media. When I asked who hired them to bill me I got nowhere. I told them I was not a business and had not record of signing up for services. They said they terminated my subscription immediately but would not tell me who had hired them to bill me. my next step will be to contact my credit card and file a dispute.
