Type of a scam Employment

They asked for personal information for employment such as SIN, banking information, ID etc. They offered to ship products to your home as a remote agent. The packages were to be opened, photographed, any correspondence for the customer to be removed. Photos were submitted back to the company who said they forwarded them to the customer for approval and then once approved would send a waybill to forward to the customer.
I noticed after I sent the receipt that the package was handed over to FEDEX the outgoing waybill was no longer visible but I did save the tracking number and track the package and noticed it was delivered.
I did give them my driver licences number with my photo but I did not give my banking info or the SIN.
I know this was too good to be true but I was still trying because I wanted a 2nd job.
It is a lot of people in this scam.

Other phone number used include 604-900-7096, 362-580-5643, 905-521-0049. I would love to see this escalated to fraud. It is almost like there is laundering of stolen products or money going on here but I don't really know in my experience. Lesson learned. Do not trust what you see on line nor the sales pitch you receive, Check the available

I have been getting this emails from the last week asking me to sign some documents so I can start working making up to CAD 3500 a month from home and only working 3 hours a day. That's too good to be true, so I decided to check online and found your website. I also tried to call them, but nobody answered the phone.

They just contacted me this morning via email to offer me a position of packer/quality checker remotely.

God Bless me!
I guess I am their new victim, they've asked me the same thing as above. I t way too good to be true, I keep researching their company at Google...nothing!
I am really doubting, fortunately I did my due diligence. What shall I do now?
I had given my bank account number, all my personal details was asked to fill so I did...

Offered a job receiving packages at my home to inspect, repackage and ship to a warehouse for oversea customers. The phone number on their website isn't in service. Their address is a building that will not be completed construction until 2024 and is currently available to lease. The pictures of the employees are labled "1.jpeg" "2.jpeg" etc..

There is no social media for any of the employees. Some paragraphs on the website trail off without finishing the thought.

On February 22, 2023, I received an email from an individual named James, who introduced himself as an agent representing a company called PL logistics. He informed me that my application for a role had been initially accepted by the company. Initially, I had doubts as I couldn't recall any company by that name. However, considering the numerous applications I submitted regularly, I assumed it might be a lapse in my memory and decided to give it a chance.

After providing the requested information, there was no further communication from them until May 9, 2023. On that day, I received multiple calls, emails, and texts from new individuals named Inigo Peyton and Ryker Donte. They requested additional information in order to finalize the process and onboard me. They also provided a link to their dashboard, assuring me that I would gain access within two to three hours upon approval. Interestingly, they mentioned a different company name, CUBE POST, which raised suspicions and made me question the authenticity of their operations.

At this point, the situation seemed dubious, prompting me to halt everything and conduct thorough research about this supposed company. To my astonishment, I discovered numerous reports from people who had fallen victim to these fraudulent individuals.

This method of reporting fails to adequately address the issue at hand.

This company contacted me by phone and email and said I had applied for a job with them on Indeed as a stocker/packer. The job entailed me receiving up to 15 packages per week at my home, to open them, check for damage, and confirm size or colour was correct, re-package and deliver to either FedEx, Purolator, or Canada post to be shipped (at their expense) to an overseas customer. Very slick website and power point presentation describing the job. I almost fell for it until they said it paid $2200 per month plus a bonus of $40 per package turned around within 24 hrs. Also, checked out their physical address and there is no such company at either the 1100 Courtney Park, Mississauga location nor the 106 Shawnee location in Eminence Texas. Thank goodness I hadn't given them any of my personal info. I have reported them to Indeed.

Photos were submitted back to the company who said they forwarded them to the customer for approval and then once approved would send a waybill to forward to the customer. After not receiving my pay I began calling for information as well as seeing info that did not apply to me. I cannot reach anyone and my computer link has been disabled. The computer link for the dashboard is https://3pl-dash.ca/user/. Everything has been disabled and I have not been able to contact any of the numerous emails I have on file. Scam. Oh yes I believe this is.

I was reached out by a company claiming to be called PL ship from ontario, mississauga . I was to work from home inspecting packages before sending them out via fedex to the US Asia etc or so they claimed. I was interviewed by HR called Ryker Dante over the phone(289 816 5280), by Ava Malachi (289 512 0061), Leona Joley(289 512 0061), Wyatt Haley(604 9007096)and i was sent a fake website as listed earlier that explained how the job was to be done(www.3pllogisticus.ca)They asked for my ID next to my face for verification and my sin number plus my payment method. I was to be paid on April 7th after a month of work having started March the 5th 2023. I am based in Calgary and i had a login to my so called work dashboard that showed me which packages to pick up which were 7 in total that i picked . Including iphones from market mall and chinook with my name as the picker and i would take pictures of the products that also came via amazon, go ship them via fedex and take a pic of the receipt and upload it on the dashboard. I was to be paid this past friday the 7th of April and after being dodged by these people in emails, texts and calls, and even after getting logged out of my work dashboard and blocked off the website i decided to make a research and realized i had been scammed. I spent my money to buy printer, ink , printer paper, transport money to ship these items, uber money and even went with my husband and two yr old son as i was just getting off mat leave and i was happy as it allowed me care for my son while i still worked remotely , so i thought

I was called earlier today by the number 289 514 9924 and emailed by 'Nicky Foster'. She mentioned an application I sent in, yet I have never applied to their company. I just searched her up and the LinkedIn account I found does not mention anything about PL SHIP or 3PL. The caller asked me a couple routine questions and detailed the job. She said I'd be getting packages, sometimes signing them, printing carrier labels, opening and inspecting the packages, then sending them out. I'd be eligible for $40 per package, and base rate of $2200 in the first month. Everything would be remote.

I received a call on Friday March 24, 2023 for a telephone interview for a work from home job with 3PL Logistics as a "packer"

I received an email on Monday March 27, 2023 from HR/Supervisor to register to a company dashboard to track packages.

My research online helped me to realize the potential scam/threat and i have since blocked and reported the incident.

They contacted me through email and offered me a job as package receiver or say Quality Checker and asked me to login on their dashboard but then something was fishy and I tried to look for similar types of scam on internet, where I found out about similar incidents happened with different people. After that I tried to visit their website link which they shared me in our first email interaction and that was also not working. Then I tried to search for their given address which was 1100 Courtneypark drive east, Mississauga and I was not able to locate the firm name PL Ship their and finally realized that I have been scammed and now they have my important information.

Was contacted by phone then by email. Filled out employment contracts, given out my IDs and my banking information. Worked as a third party shipper for almost a month. Was told I get my first compensation after 30 day probationary period. I handled the duty accordingly based on company rules so i took pictures of the product and post it on dashboard, request shipping labels from supervisor and sent it out. I'm a few days to the pay date and no calls or emails for a week now. They stopped answering my calls and deleted my account to employee dashboard.
