This company contacted me via, his words "my resume on Zip Recruiter." I interviewed via online through (Ring Central) for "data entry assistant" and hired the next day. I never saw the person who interviewed me (Eric Brown). He also did not provide a phone number to speak with him. The following day, I was sent a offer letter and a start date of two weeks later, via email. This letter looked very professional. I signed the offer letter and emailed it back through Ring Central app. and the email sent from "HR." A day later, I was ask to write an assessment paper to test my knowledge and writing capabilities and would recieve a bonus for my time. I sent that back through Ring Central App. The next day, I was asked to provide my billing address to mail out the employment book and pertinent hiring documents. Later, I was informed I would be emailed a "start-up check," to purchase supplies and office and whatever required for the office work from home environment. I was sent $4,199 chech.

That's when the red flags stood up! I called the bank on the check and the bank informed me that they have received several calls regarding this company and checks they are giving out for "employment start-up check!!!" This appears to be fraud and please be aware. Also, I have been sending messages via email and Ring Central and this Eric Brown is not responding to "employment questions..." he also got very sloppy and seemed bother via email stating "I need to know the status of the deposit check...however, not answering my employment questions!! I have everything documented and copies of all correspondence with Eric Brown at Avara Pharmaceutical Services.!

Please be CAREFUL and VIGILANT!!!!

I was contacted by a supposed representative of Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, or LabCorp. I was skeptical at first, and lo and behold! I had never applied to such a position that they offered. However, I went along with it for a bit, in case my memory or emails were off. They wanted me to download TELEGRAM, a messaging app which I've noticed is mentioned many times by others scammed by this. The 'thing' that messaged me on TELEGRAM had interesting responses, so I suppose it was a soulless human being on the other end. Things were actually seeming fine, until they asked me what bank I used and for how long. That is not a question a legitimate company would ask.

Bottom line: If you get a text from someone you have no records of, run away.

was on a job website "Indeed" and got a job offer from this shipping company they had me fill out app and send copy of my drivers license sent me these numbers and address My gut was telling me this is a scam so I googled the company and address the address is an empty warehouse for sale or lease .I sent an email on my findings but never got an email back after receiving multiple text and emails. This web site for jobs need to make sure it is a real job and not a scam ..I know for a fact it is a scam I did my investigating and they do not exist .The last email I was sent was telling me I need to on Monday fill out info for getting paid and w2 form which as we know will be my SS number and bank info but Thank God I went with my gut and checked them out. Makes my blood boil with so many scammers taking advantage of innocent people . I did not lose any money because that info was to be sent on Monday and I checked them out on Saturday because my gut told me something is not right I did send copy of my drivers license nothing else

It was such a scam .. sounds and look so legit ..I had submit my resume to career builder.. so I thought was normal

To get a solicitation from a company about my resume ..

they claim to be Enpro industries and all the interview by Skype and paper work forms had the same letter head as the website.. they even send me a check by email that I deposit into my account . So when Shelly Ann Wrigth said to me : “ funds will clear tmrw but to get i up and running why don’t Zelle an advance to the vendor for

You equipment, computer at home and will reimburse you with 10% interest “” whaaaat .. that didn’t sound good to me

And realize was a scam … but I already email to [email protected]. This call my attention later because the Enpro is not an INC but to late cause I already email information of myself including a w4 and letter of employment .. It was a 3 days process ! they are experts..

I confront her on Skype and try to call and no answers . Then an Indian man call back me back trying to persuade me too ..

I said to him “ you know what you are doing and you will get cut”

I was very upset and feel so cheated and abuse by this scam . They play with your feelings and expectation .. is bad people out there.

Next time look really careful into names of company .. is my first time after 18 years in my current job that I apply for an online remote job ..

Also I called Enpro and they are aware of this scam and have a file on FBI and all .. I just can’t understand how they scammer still out there ! Please help

Reshipping scam. Patently obvious. https://www.whois.com/whois/nttncomfort.com

User is trying to get stolen products shipped to me and then hopped out of the country. Would love to run a sting on these guys. would be so easy.

This doesn't steal money from ME at this stage, it uses me as a fence to launder stolen property. Later I might be susceptible to blackmail or they might use employment documents to apply leverage.

I applied to a personal assistant job on indeed.com. Stated once I applied I would receive emails with further instructions. The instructions as listed below I would pay bills for my “boss” and keep the remaining balance as my payor for each errand ran. Check arrives to my home and I can’t cash it cause the bottom numbers or cut off. I contact my “boss” and she sending another doubles the amount and is claiming to be hearing impaired is why we can’t speak on the phone.

I received a text message from 352-320-3218 saying his name was Dwayne Ousley, HR admin at Breesk Captial, and that a recruiter gave Breesk Captial my resume, which I did give a few recruiters my resume.

I was asked to download Microsoft Teams, that it was how they would do the initial interview to begin the application process for a remote job as a Data Entry.

I downloaded Teams and was told to contact Allen Keeton that he was the HR Manager.

Mr. Keeton told me in a message about the job position and ask if I could answer some question "like an assessment test"

I said yes, and he sent 12 questions that did not ask any personal information, after that he said I passed the assessment test and that i would hear something back the following day on a decision, which he message me though teams the next day and told me i go the job and that he was sending a company letter and contract for me to review and sign, i thought that was very odd due to no one ever contacted me by a phone interview. so, I received the the contract by email alone with the company letter. when I message him and said I didn't feel comfortable signing this contract because i had no contact with this company but by messaging, he came back and said "What? you don't believe this company is real" then sent me another link to a company application that he wanted me to input my information into so he could get to know me better. It was asking for my close's kin and next to kin and what was the name of my bank. which I didn't provide him with any of the information.

He does have my name, address, and phone#

I went to the company website, which is a loan company, and the job posting was there and on indeed, but there is no way of contacting the company, which was another odd thing.

They have my name, address, date of birth, email and cell #.

That all they were giving, which is also on my resume.

I was on social media looking for a job and came across this Business. Seemed to good to be true. 25 a hour work at your own time two weeks off a year all benefits available. They buy you all the equipment you will ever need to do the job. They just needed my cc account name and password. Didn’t seem right to I looked on here and sure enough same story different person two days ago.

Work from home business that requested personal information and stated that you must purchase Visa card with a $100 balance to send to them to upload their own software to their own laptops to send to you, and that you will be reimbursed for those funds, which was a definite "red flag"

I’m looking for job and I fill out my Information on career builder. I receive a text saying:

I am Mrs. Mary Rivera, a temporary Recruiter at trustcare Healthcare Inc. I am reaching out to you in regards to your resume posted via CAREERBUILDER.COM,We believe you met our desired criteria, We're currently looking for someone to fill the following Part-Time and Full-Time positions available:1.DATA ENTRY CLERK.

2.ADMINISTRATIVEASSISTANT.3.PROOFREADER/EDITOR.4.TRANSLATOR.

5.WRITER. I believe you would be interested in getting more information about any of the job position and duties.

I responded and the person told me to download Chatwork app for start the process of interview etc. A person name George Berkham contact me and present himself as HR Manager, he did a serie of questions related of job experiences, why we should hire you etc. Then ask for my personal information for have his assistant contact me on Monday for offering the job. I told him all my info is on my resume. He never contact me back.

This person is posting fake employment opportunities with Altos Labs, and sending an interview link for the telegram messaging app. They gather personal information, go through a lengthy interview with you, offer the job, and then they ask to send you money to purchase equipment from an unknown vendor.

It seems like they’re pretending to send you funds so you pay for this long list of equipment that you will never receive.

They have been charging my credit card. Got a new card and some how they got it again and are still charging me. Sent me an email to cancel my service but it doesn't work. I didn't sign up with them to begin with. They some get your credit card info and then just keep charging it even after you tell to cancel it. They say the only way to cancel is to go to this site, https://www.seo-for-jobs.com/support , and of course it doesn't work.

I saw a work opportunity post in a town community social group. I requested info. Was contacted via app was given vague info, took several minutes between replies, shared what appeared to be a legit website on the company. Rep asked several legit questions regarding position applying and work experience. Advised would need to know my financial/banking institution for verification of 'consistency' of transactions with the company. Of course requested my basic personal contact info, requested copy of front and back of legal form of identification and or SSN. Then advised would be sending offer letter which I would need to print and return via email with a copy of my passport or SSN. Upon receipt the letter did not contain my name, position of employment, nor wage information.

I questioned the validity of an offer missing the terns of agreement, also sent screen shot of previous complaint filed by another individual via ScamPulse.com and asked for explanation on both items of concern.

Rep advised I would need to order the equipment dispite being told the company would pay for it. Rep also stated 2 individuals would arrive to my home to set up the equipment once I received it. Nit once did rep indicate interest in speaking with me ia phone nor video call.

I was told that I scored a 95 out of 100 on the interview - which in no way at all resembled a test of my skills. When I inquired as to which areas I was lacking for the score to not be closer to 100, rep had a skip the topic response.

The supposed approval from higher authority was near instantaneous however I had no contact or interaction with anyone other than the particular rep.

Upon my skepticism the rep backed off. No contact was made during what would be regular business hours for any time zone within the US.

Approximately 24 hours after backing off the rep reached out with a wave hi and asked how I was doing, advised the offer letter had been fixed with the terms - however upon observation it was obviously not completed.

Throughout the correspondence the rep misspelled many words and used unprofessional sentences. However did not indicate lack of English as a primary language, was just not a well educated usage.

I received a first email from a man named Tom to tell me KLX was interested in my resume.

From there an Alfred Ryan got in contact with Job Offer, Onboarding Forms and Instructions.

I had applied for numerous jobs through LinkedIn and was contacted by a company I believed to be Lee Enterprises out of Davenport, Iowa. When the email traffic became sketchy, with misspellings and improper word usage, I became suspicious and contacted the Human Resources department at Lee and was informed the people I was communicating with were not employees of the company and it was a scam.

I am attaching a png of the job posting as it appeared on LinkedIn. I would like to see these individuals prosecuted.
