This comes as a subscription when you go to a Web site. Where normally is says skip ad these people put you as subscription and charge you 4.50 eur a week directly. This kind of business are modern time pirates and should face the same punishment.

ESRTV attempted to add monthly subscription charge to our cell phone bill
We were are lucky that Verizon emailed us about this new charge and the canceled this for us.

My wife got an sms today claiming the charge in progress, via ebill.mobi - surely, I was able to login with just her phone number to https://www.esrtv.com, see 3 months of charging (https://www.esrtv.com/subscription) and cancel the subscription.

Investigating it further, I indeed see 10 EUR payment in the facture of her phone provider for the last month. What is insane, is that it's *advertised* at the telephone provider (KPN NL) and it is *that very ESR TV* shown as the valid *example* of such a payment there (see the screenshot below). Going to investigate it further/check it at e-bill.mobi. Overall, this whole story looks insane, provided that KPN advertises it on their own site.

Esrtv is a scam. When a charge to Esrtv appeared on my Internet statement this month I was astounded and contacted the company. It claimed that I had taken out a subscription and that when I did it sent me an email of confirmation. I never took out a subscription and no email confirmation was received. Consumers should avoid Esrtv like the plague. It is a scam and a fraud.

ESR TV was added to our new Koodo service without our knowledge or consent. Both Koodo and ESR TV have made false and contradicting claims that we accepted a subscription.

I been charged for a subscription of something that I don't even know what it is.. I never subscribe to absolutely nothing over the phone.

We were not aware that we ever subscribed to ESR TV, someone did it by providing my husband's cell number taking advantage of KOODO's third-party payment system, they charged us 14.99 a month on our phone bill. We didn't realize it until after 4 months when I was checking our bill after getting a new cell phone.
I have sent an email to [email protected] demanding the cancellation and wanting the refund of my payments. I have basically been told my account is canceled, bit nothing about any kind of refund.

This should be illegal! I cannot believe Koodo allowed this to be charged to our account. Why isn't there a class action lawsuit about this type of scam yet. Appalling.

I was charged $9.99 on my Verizon bill for ESRTV. I did not authorize the charge. I have never heard of ERRTV. I called 855-707-1899. A person who did not identify himself said the charge would be reversed and would show as reversed on my next billing statement.

I was charged $9.99 by ESRTV FOR A PURCHASE WHICH I DID NOT MAKE.
I tried to contact Verizon but my information was invalid. Tried to reset my password
but unable to do so.

We are not aware that we have ever voluntarily subscribed to ESR TV, someone did it by providing my mobile number taking advantage of the telephone company's third-party payment system, they charged me €3.99/week on my Orange phone bill... I didn't realize it until after 3 months when I was checking my phone bill to switch to Vodafone.
I have sent an email to [email protected] demanding the cancellation and claiming the refund of my payments.
Do not use the phone they give to connect because it is paid, they are scammers.

esrtv allows any user to create an account with a phone number. Someone used my phone number to open an account and charge it to my phone bill. No alert was provided to me until the date the charge was made on my phone bill. The alert was from Verizon. There is no one to speak to just a number to call to cancel your subscription.

Luckily I caught it and Verizon removed the charge. How many people just don't check?
