Event Planner Scam Reports & Reviews (2)

- Oklahoma City, OK, USA • Feb 13, 2024

***** ******* ******** is an apparent “event business owner” who scammed who knows how many people total, at least 50… out of $40 a person for an EDM event to be held. He “postponed” this event that was supposed to be held 3 days before February 3rd of 2024. He tried to lie in many different posts on facebook about why the event got “postponed”… but has openly admitted to not even having their LLC or liquor license for this said event.

I personally found out a LOT of records on this man using ********** **** ******* ****** **** ** ****** ******* *** ********** ********** ******** * ********. I personally called him out on facebook which led to his online responses of more lies and openly admitting to a lot of stuff.

He has since posted he will be issuing no refunds… People that request them will receive a ticket and 5 free guest lists to bring 5 people with you to another one of their events…

So, this man is profiting hundreds to thousands of dollars off of being a “event business owner “ , but then has no LLC. Having no LLC for a “business” and profiting money off of events is business tax fraud on top of advertising open bars at his events. He also claimed their would be an “open dispensary for OMMA card holders” on the flyer which i’m pretty sure isn’t legal as well especially for somebody with ZERO business licenses.

Hi! I worked with @peach.planning / @arshillfchowdhury on Instagram to decorate my Barbie-themed event, but she ended up being a fraud who never showed up. During our initial communication, she was very cooperative, but once I paid her the first installment of $1,000, I had to ask her multiple times to provide a paid invoice, and began replying to text messages very late once I paid her. The day of the event, she came up with a story of her grandmother being in the ICU and lied that the desserts I had ordered were being Ubered and she was on her way. Neither her nor the desserts got to the event. Afterwards, when I reached out to the people she claimed were her dessert vendors, I found out she had never actually placed the order. I’ve been trying to get her Instagram reported, but Instagram hasn’t done anything (most likely because she made me switch to IMSG so all the proof of fraud is on IMSG and not Instagram). Some red flags that should’ve alarmed me were that every picture of her past work that she sent me was of her own party or a party she did for her friend, so she’s most likely never planned a real client’s event. She also began replying to text messages very late once I paid her. And whenever I would ask her to cooperate, she would start attacking me for being rude to guilt trip me. Another tactic she used to get me to pay her, was rushing me claiming another client was asking her about the same date as me. The day of the event, Arshill (Peach Planning) sent her replacement (@oakesevents_ on Instagram) with only one of the decorations I had asked for to make her lies seem genuine, and @oakesevents_ wouldn’t tell me what was going on so it seems like these two businesses collaborate to fraud people.
