Bait and Switch Company

Coastal Moving at 561-556-3584 referred auto transport company US Care Transportation to move my employee's car at 323-300-6663. Our company was paying for her relocation. After my employees description of the car was evaluated I was quoted a price of $600 to move the car. Prior to the move was card was charged $650. When I questioned this it was lowered back to $600. Per my employee the auto transport turned up 3 days before the move...early. The price now has gone up to $700.00 for tolls per the transport company. I called Ronnie to question this and to let him know that he was doing a bait and switch last minute and this needs to be fixed. He was very rude and I let him know if not solved I would report the company to the BBB. And after he threw a few F-Bombs at me said he would cancel the move and hung up. Ronnie then contacted my employee and she agreed to pay the extra money and he three way called me with her on the line. I let Ronnie know that my employee is not supposed to pay, that I would be paying. He continued to say (with my employee on the line) that I'm not normal and I'm crazy, and if he put the money on my card he knows I would cancel the charge right after. So he was cancelling the auto transport completely. By far this is the most unprofessional exchange I've ever had with a company. I heard about scam companies in the moving industry and now I have experienced it. Please know Coastal Moving does use 2nd party vendors for their moves. They will tell you they don't. And US Car auto transporters is one of them.

I could go into my long, painful experience with "Experienced Auto Transport" and its fraudulent leader Ronnie or Roni Goury, but I'll spare you the details. Instead I warn you to stay far far away from this man and the 4 companies he operates under: Experienced Auto Transport, Regal Auto Transport, Generous Auto Transport and US Auto Shipping. He is a scam, fraud, unethical human that quotes his customers one thing and charges them a higher amount on their credit cards without their consent. That's what he did to me. Then he lies and threatens his customers over the phone and uses vulgar language to intimidate them. Just do your research on this guy and his companies and you will see for yourself the damage he has cause going back to 2015, if not farther back. If anyone has had a bad experience with him, go file a report with all possible agencies to expose his scamming actions.

Was referred to Ronnie at Experienced Auto Transport. He was solely interested in obtaining $150 deposits with a very reasonable price with a price match guarantee. Both of which he had no intentions of honoring. His company, which is a broker, has no intentions of picking up my vehicle on the scheduled date range. When they did not show, I called and was told by Ronnie that “I picked that date, not his company”. Which I took to mean, he never had an intent to honor that pick up time range. Also, to get my vehicle picked up he increased the amount due by 50%, and told me “that is the way the trucking business works”. “If they did things the way I wanted there would be no trucking business.” By this statement he meant, paying and agreed upon price for an agreed upon date range. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! SCAM ARTIST AT ITS FINEST!!!!
