On April 4 I ordered hand sanitizer and wipes I have been billed 70.97 on my credit card and NEVER got any of my order no email saying it shipped or nothing .

ordered a case of toilet paper paid for it with credit card never received it said it was delivered on the 14th I never seen it it was supposed to be delivered through FedEx I spoke to the company and they told me I had to contact you all and I did and my package was 4098 it was a case of toilet paper and I have phone number reference number 041-745-0988 I made a complaint and also my tracking number was one +68-352-587-1704 FedEx and my number is 985-258-6503 I'm so fed up with it you have to go and pay $40.98 per package and toilet paper a case to come in and you don't receive it my name is Betty Landry at 6294 Ms highway 570 house smithdale Mississippi 39664.

Ordered a "package" of Hand sanitizer, gloves and wipes on April 8th. When I went to send customer service a order inquiry my email bounced back and says that the email is no longer working. $113 I will dispute charge with my credit card company.

I order 1 bottle wipes on 4/11/20 $60.96 was withdrawn from my acct on 4/13, I only received a confirmation of the order. I've searched for a contact # and there isn't one only email so I email twice requesting shipping information and never a response. The website that offered these products was "Ok Home Online" but FabFashion Ltd/Wanchai withdrew the funds from my account.

Paid $117 for protection from covid supplies - gloves, sanitizers - never received items. Website has been deleted no way to contact. they were using the name HKHOME ONLINE ... customer issues advised to contact [email protected] - payment posted as FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI. These are scammers ... lesson learned the hard way. First they infect us with this virus then they sell scam us by selling protection against. They are having a good old laugh all the way to the bank. It is my hope that what goes around comes around

Harley, I had the exact same experience. I paid. $61 for disinfectant wipes and toilet paper. They were using OKHOME ONLINE. The email they were using is the exact someone [email protected]. Payment posted is exactly the same FABFASHION LTD-WANCHAI, HK. They are obviously a bunch of scamming scumabgs.

I ordered alcohol cleaning wipes for $31.97 on 4/14/20. My account was debited same day but I never received production nor an update saying they shipped. The website stated is: okhomeonline.com. No such domain exists. Scam.
